About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to build a structured, high-performing marketing function that accelerates growth across our entire business portfolio — both B2C and B2B.

This is not a single-product marketing role. It spans multiple products, customer segments, and markets, and it exists to turn marketing into a scalable growth engine: generating demand, strengthening acquisition and retention, increasing revenue and NPS, and creating stronger connections between Nova Global's consumer and business lines. You'll own the strategy behind both the growth of our existing businesses and the launch of new products, services, and markets — balancing short-term commercial performance with the marketing infrastructure our long-term expansion needs.

You'll lead and grow the marketing function itself, working closely with Product, CRM, Data, Sales, and Business Development to make sure marketing is a driver of growth across the whole ecosystem, not a function that sits beside it.

What You'll Be Doing

Marketing Strategy & Business Growth Own the marketing strategy across Nova Global's portfolio of B2C and B2B businesses, translating business priorities into growth initiatives and go-to-market plans. Define target segments, ICPs, buyer personas, positioning, and acquisition approaches across our key markets — and build the demand-generation programs that support both current business growth and the launch of new products, services, and markets. Identify cross-business opportunities where marketing can unlock incremental revenue by connecting different parts of the Nova Global ecosystem, and support the development of our brands across customer segments and geographies.

Growth & Funnel Optimization Build and optimize acquisition and conversion funnels across our websites, digital products, CRM journeys, and content — turning high-intent traffic anywhere in the Nova Global ecosystem into a scalable source of qualified demand. Partner with Product, CRM, Data, Sales, and Business Development to improve lead capture, activation, qualification, and conversion, and establish a genuine experimentation culture built on A/B testing, CRO, and data-driven hypothesis validation.

B2B Demand Generation & ABM Build scalable demand-generation programs that consistently deliver qualified opportunities to our Sales and Business Development teams. Use ICP, persona, and behavioral insight to improve lead quality and conversion, and align the marketing and commercial funnels — qualification criteria, handover, feedback loops, and tracking. Develop and test Account-Based Marketing initiatives for strategic and high-value accounts, and support commercial teams on campaigns that drive new business, cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion.

B2C Growth & Customer Lifecycle Develop the acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty, and lifetime-value programs that grow our consumer-facing businesses — from awareness and activation through repeat usage, referrals, and advocacy. Use customer insight, behavioral data, and NPS to find growth opportunities, and identify ways to move customers across products and services within the Nova Global ecosystem.

Performance Marketing, Investment & Analytics Own and manage the marketing budget across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email, CRM, Content, Partnerships, and Events, with a clear ROI-driven framework for allocating investment across businesses, products, markets, and channels. Monitor CAC, CPL, conversion, revenue contribution, and retention to continuously improve efficiency, and build the attribution, reporting, and marketing-ops infrastructure — automation, CRM processes, campaign orchestration, dashboards — that connects marketing activity transparently to business results. Manage the external agencies, contractors, and research partners that support this work.

Product, Brand & Go-to-Market Partner with Product and business teams on the development, launch, and scaling of new and existing products, translating customer and market insight into positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. Build a clear brand architecture across our portfolio, ensuring consistent, differentiated communication by segment and market through content, social, and broader communications strategy — while identifying where product or journey improvements can unlock additional demand.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and develop the marketing team, setting clear priorities, KPIs, and performance expectations, and building the planning and reporting practices that let the team execute at pace. Act as the cross-functional marketing leader across Product, Design, CRM, Data, Sales, Business Development, Operations, and E-commerce, keeping marketing priorities aligned with Nova Global's broader growth objectives.

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years in marketing leadership, with strong expertise in digital, growth, demand-generation, or performance marketing
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategy across multiple B2B and B2C products, businesses, or segments, in complex multi-product or multi-market environments
• Demonstrated ownership of customer acquisition, pipeline, revenue growth, retention, and marketing ROI
• Strong grounding in funnel optimization, CRO, and customer lifecycle management, with hands-on experience in A/B testing and landing-page optimization
• Proven track record building or scaling B2B lead-generation and demand-generation systems, including ICP/persona development, lead qualification, segmentation, and ABM
• Deep, hands-on collaboration experience with Sales, Business Development, Product, CRM, and Data teams
• Strong command of marketing analytics, attribution, and performance reporting, with an ability to translate strategy into measurable commercial impact

Responsibilities:
• Team development — around 30% of your time:

Team Lead Infrastructure / NOC-SRE Lead
