    We are actively scaling in Southeast Asia and are looking for a Head of Affiliates (SEA) to take full ownership of the affiliate direction in the region.

    Your Role

    As Head of Affiliates (SEA), you will be responsible for the strategy, growth, and performance of the affiliate channel across key SEA markets, including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and others.

    This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on:

    • regional P&L
    • brand scaling
    • traffic quality and LTV
    • long-term business growth in SEA

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Growth

    • Build and execute the long-term affiliate strategy for SEA.
    • Define priority GEOs, traffic sources, and cooperation models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid).
    • Scale volumes without sacrificing quality, focusing on ROI, LTV, and margin.

    Partnerships & Business Development

    • Build and manage strategic relationships with top affiliates, networks, media buying teams, and influencers.
    • Lead negotiations at top-partner level: commercial terms, exclusives, long-term deals.
    • Ensure partnerships comply with local regulations and internal compliance requirements.

    Team & Processes

    • Build, lead, and develop the affiliate team (Affiliate Managers, Team Leads).
    • Design scalable processes, KPI frameworks, and performance reviews.
    • Implement best practices, automation, and operational standards.

    Analytics & Optimization

    • Own affiliate performance metrics at the regional level.
    • Analyze offers, partners, traffic sources, and unit economics.
    • Make data-driven decisions on optimization and budget allocation.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, BI, and Compliance teams.
    • Participate in localization of offers, landing pages, and promo campaigns for SEA markets.
    • Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

    Brand Representation

    • Represent Azura Infinity at industry events and conferences in the SEA region.
    • Strengthen Azura Infinity’s brand presence among key iGaming market players.

    5. Compliance & Audit

    • Deliver audit-ready books, tax structures, and consolidated reporting.

    • Build annual budgets, 3-year financial plans, hiring plans, and scenario models.

    • Maintain burn multiple < 1.5 (top-tier SaaS performance).
