We're looking for a commercially minded professional to help expand our presence across emerging crypto market

This role is focused on developing strategic partnerships with payment providers, fintech companies, and businesses operating in the digital assets space. You'll work directly with key decision-makers, identify growth opportunities, and help companies improve the way they manage and operate crypto transactions.

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage potential partners across LATAM, MENA, Southeast Asia, and other emerging markets.
• Build relationships with executives, founders, and business stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions and partnership negotiations.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to support client growth and retention.
• Contribute to market expansion and go-to-market initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
• Experience within crypto, payments or blockchain industries.
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem and payment infrastructure.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships.

• English proficiency (B2+).

We’re searching for an experienced IT Recruiter to join a fintech company. This is a long-term opportunity, specifically open to Ukrainian professionals living abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment for IT positions (from sourcing to offer stage)
• Active search and headhunting of candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
• Conducting initial screening interviews and evaluating technical and soft skills
• Working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
• Managing candidate data in the ATS system

• Ensuring smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process

   

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
