    Who We Are:
Adaptiq is a technology hub specializing in building, scaling, and supporting R&D teams for high-end, fast-growing product companies in a wide range of industries.

    About the Product:
This is a hyper-scale fintech platform trusted by over 40 million users worldwide, offering access to multi-asset trading – including stocks, indices, currencies, and digital assets.

The product operates as a regulated, data-intensive financial ecosystem, processing massive volumes of transactions and real-time customer interactions daily. It’s well-funded, profitable, and known for pushing innovation in AI, automation, and data governance across its operations. Advertising presence is strong (especially in the UK), but behind the scenes is a serious engineering culture solving hard, real-world problems at scale.

    About the Role:
This is a hybrid role where you’ll act as both the architect for complex BizOps initiatives and the leader of the integration engineering team, guiding the implementation of your blueprints and driving hands-on decisions with internal platforms.

You’ll report directly to the Director of BizOps, shaping architecture for AI-first automation, overseeing API and integration patterns, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional domains like security, IT, compliance, trading, and customer support.

This isn’t about maintaining legacy systems. You’ll design new architectures from scratch, define standards, challenge assumptions, and build a reusable platform of services that internal teams can scale on.

Every initiative touches multiple business domains – from R&D to Data to Security. You won’t be siloed into one stack, tool, or domain. You’ll be trusted to make end-to-end architectural calls, balance technical elegance with delivery, and operate as a multiplier across the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Architecture & Design

    • Own the technical architecture of internal BizOps platforms – spanning applications, integrations, and automation systems.
    • Design scalable, modular solutions that serve diverse business domains (compliance, support, trading, finance).
    • Define and evolve the company’s AI architecture: from RAG pipelines and agent orchestration to latency, security, and performance design.
    • Build reusable frameworks for APIs, data pipelines, and internal automation – with strong observability and operational hygiene.
    • Ensure every design balances delivery speed with long-term scalability and cost-efficiency.

    Leadership & Collaboration

    • Lead a compact, senior Integration Engineering team – set direction, review architecture, and guide delivery.
    • Provide architectural guidance across BizOps squads; coach developers and unblock projects.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with BAs, solution architects, data teams, R&D, and security to align architecture with business needs.

    Integration & Data Ownership

    • Own architecture and delivery of integrations – internal tools, external APIs, CRM, data lake, and BI pipeline.
    • Design integration patterns (event-based, ETL, real-time) that serve business-critical workflows.
    • Drive automation and orchestration across teams using data-driven and AI-enhanced designs.

    Governance & Continuous Improvement

    • Define development standards and architecture review processes across BizOps engineering.
    • Ensure security, compliance, and reliability across systems and integrations.
    • Bring in new tools, frameworks, or platforms when they accelerate the team’s ability to deliver smarter and faster.

    Required Competence and Skills:

    • Have 7+ years of technical architecture or engineering leadership across multiple domains.
    • Have built internal-facing platforms with integration-heavy environments – CRM, ETLs, APIs, service orchestration.
    • Have hands-on experience with AI/LLM tooling – including prompt engineering, RAG, caching strategies, and orchestration.
    • Understand how to scale systems used by hundreds or thousands of internal stakeholders.
    • Are pragmatic: you can architect in the real world, not just draw boxes and arrows.
    • Can guide senior developers through architectural choices, reviews, and delivery roadmaps.
    • Can collaborate deeply with business, security, data, and ops teams.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g. Salesforce, MuleSoft, Databricks, Azure, or similar).
    • Designing or consuming internal developer platforms or AI agent frameworks.
    • Familiarity with regulated environments (fintech, healthcare, compliance tooling).
    • Fluency in build-vs-buy thinking – including working with third-party services.

Profitable 10+ year iGaming group. Real products, real users, real money.
B2B platform + in-house PSP & crypto wallet. No β€œstartup chaos”, but also no corporate boredom.

    Your first challenges:

1️⃣ Operators vs Platform β€” who is right?
Where B2C customization ends and B2B responsibility begins β€” and create rules so this fight stops happening weekly.

2️⃣ Segments, bonuses & CRM logic
High rollers, bonus hunters, casuals β€” all want different treatment.
You redesign platform capabilities so CRM can run segmentation strategies without dev team crying every sprint.

3️⃣ Scale vs Reality (CPO 🀝 CTO negotiations)
Growth says: β€œwe launch 3 new markets.”
    CTO says: β€œplatform dies.”
You turn this into a roadmap both sides sign β€” architecture, priorities, and business impact aligned.

    What you will own:

    • Group product strategy (B2B igaming platform)
    • Growth, retention & monetization economics
    • International scaling & launches
    • Product org across Product, Dev, Design, Growth

    Turning CEO vision into execution

    You probably are:

    • CPO / Head of Product / COO / CEO in iGaming (must)
    • Fintech experience β€” nice bonus
    • Strong in lifecycle, LTV, retention & scaling

    Strategic brain + hands-on operator

    Why it’s interesting:

    • Direct CEO partnership (no bureaucracy simulator)
    • Mature profitable business (no β€œrunway 3 months” drama)

Real authority β€” you decide, you ship, you own

    Package:

    • $10k–$15k/month + performance bonus
    • 18 vacation + 25 sick days
    • Health coverage + learning budget
    • Remote / Hybrid / Office (Ukraine, Cyprus, Armenia)

Important: NOT ready to review candidates without B2B iGaming experience!

If you like complex systems, business impact and healthy arguments with engineers β€” you’ll enjoy this.

    Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Operations Technical Manager to oversee our global domain and hosting infrastructure. This role is the central nervous system for our online presence, ensuring the stability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of our digital assets. You will manage a vast portfolio of domains and hosting providers supporting B2B clients in the online entertainment industry, bridging the gap between technical administration, high-level vendor management, and strategic financial planning.

    Key Responsibilities

       1. Domain & DNS Lifecycle Management
Portfolio Ownership: Manage registrations, renewals, and redemptions for hundreds of TLDs/ccTLDs across the global ecosystem.

DNS Administration: Execute and troubleshoot complex DNS configurations (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM) and monitor propagation.

Transfers & Migrations: Execute inbound/outbound transfers (EPP codes, IPS tags) and consolidate registrar accounts.

Security & Compliance: Implement SSL/HTTPS configurations, monitor for hijacking, and ensure adherence to ICANN policies and WHOIS privacy.

       2. Hosting & Infrastructure Management
Hosting Oversight: Manage relationships and configurations across various hosting environments (Shared, VPS, Dedicated, Cloud).

Provider Administration: Interface with hosting providers (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner) to maintain 99.9% uptime and service levels.

Technical Troubleshooting: Assist DevOps teams in mapping domains to correct hosting environments and troubleshooting server-side connectivity issues.

Resource Management: Monitor hosting usage to ensure server resources align with site requirements and performance goals.

       3. Vendor & Business Account Management
Account Administration: Serve as the Primary Admin for all service provider business accounts, managing access levels, security protocols, and contact information.

Relationship Management: Act as the main operational point of contact for registrars, hosting companies, and third-party service providers.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate enterprise contracts, pricing tiers, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure the best value for the company.

Performance Tracking: Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance and lead migrations if service levels are not met.

       4. Budgetary & Financial Control
Budget Planning: Forecast annual spending on domain renewals, hosting fees, premium acquisitions, and SSL certifications.
Cost Optimization: Analyze the entire infrastructure portfolio to identify underutilized assets, unnecessary hosting overhead, and redundant services.
Financial Reconciliation: Manage the "zero-lapse" renewal process, reconcile invoices from multiple vendors, and ensure timely payments to prevent service interruptions.
ROI Analysis: Evaluate the cost-benefit of new infrastructure investments or premium domain acquisitions.

    Requirements
    Technical Experience
3+ years in technical operations, infrastructure management, or domain services.

Expert Infrastructure Knowledge: Deep understanding of DNS hierarchy, registrar panels (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap), and hosting environments (cPanel, Plesk, or CLI).

Account Management: Proven experience managing enterprise-level business accounts and vendor relationships.

Financial Literacy: Ability to manage budgets, analyze invoices, and track operational expenditures (OpEx).

    Core Competencies
High-Stakes Precision: Extreme attention to detailβ€”recognizing that a single DNS or hosting configuration error can cause significant downtime.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex infrastructure costs and technical problems into manageable tasks.

Strategic Communication: Strong English skills to negotiate with vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Marketing, Legal).

    Nice to Have
Experience in the online gaming or digital entertainment industry.

Familiarity with cloud resource optimization (finops) or domain traffic analysis.

Experience with domain recovery procedures and legal dispute resolution (UDRP).

    Ready to offer:

    Social benefits, paid vacations, sick-leaves

    Career possibilities with growing team.

    • Improve architecture, infrastructure, and development processes
    • Mentor developers and elevate technical standards within the team
    • Take full accountability for scraping operations and output quality

This role goes beyond writing spiders. You will lead both the technical systems and the people responsible for them.
