    Role Overview

    The Head of Data Intelligence is the executive owner of demand forecasting and market intelligence for the 4A business. This role transforms complex historical and real-time data into clear, predictive guidance that drives growth, operational readiness, and demand capture.

    By building scalable forecasting systems and partnering closely with Demand Generation and Operations, this leader shifts the organization from reactive reporting to proactive decision-makingβ€”anticipating demand shifts, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring supply readiness ahead of execution.

    Success is measured by improved decision speed and accuracy across market prioritization, programmatic SEO planning, launch timing, supply–demand balancing, and portfolio-level resource allocation.

    Core Mandate:
    Own demand intelligence end-to-end so the business shows up in the right markets, with the right content and supply, at exactly the right time.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Demand Forecasting Strategy & Signal Ownership

    • Own the company’s demand forecasting approach across services, regions, and verticals.
    • Analyze historical demand to identify seasonality, geographic spikes, anomalies, and structural trends.
    • Define forecasting methodologies, confidence levels, assumptions, refresh cadence, and data-quality standards.
    • Identify and operationalize early demand indicators (e.g., lifecycle trends, warranty timing, weather, behavioral signals).
    • Build monitoring frameworks and alerts that surface demand shifts before impact.

    2. Geo & Service Intelligence / Opportunity Mapping

    • Develop and evolve geo- and service-level heatmaps to visualize demand intensity, whitespace, and growth opportunity.
    • Maintain consistent definitions for market sizing, demand indices, and prioritization tiers.
    • Partner with Demand Generation to drive market entry, expansion, and deprioritization decisions.

    3. SEO Intelligence & Programmatic Growth Enablement

    • Partner with SEO, Growth, and Content teams to inform programmatic SEO strategy and prioritization.
    • Analyze and optimize L1/L2/L3 page strategies for performance, conversion, and revenue impact.
    • Help define a demand-driven publishing and launch calendar based on predicted demandβ€”not static schedules.
    • Align content roadmaps with seasonal peaks and highest-opportunity markets.

    4. Supply–Demand Balancing & Operational Readiness

    • Translate demand forecasts into operational actions: coverage planning, staffing/vendor needs, capacity allocation, and geographic focus.
    • Partner with Operations to balance long-term forecasts with short-term signals for rapid execution and course correction.
    • Reduce under- and over-supply in priority markets through forward-looking planning.

    5. Scalable Insight Systems, Automation & Governance

    • Build scalable, repeatable systems: automated dashboards, standardized reporting, and self-serve analytics.
    • Define metric logic, data quality checks, and governance standards to ensure consistency and trust.
    • Reduce manual analysis and metric disputes through automation and clear ownership.

    6. Executive Communication & Decision Support

    • Translate data into executive-ready narratives, trade-offs, and recommendations.
    • Establish a consistent insight cadence aligned with weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms.
    • Present forecasts and market intelligence to leadership to drive prioritization and investment decisions.

    7. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

    • Partner with Demand Generation and Operations to integrate demand intelligence into planning, capacity, and SLA decisions.
    • Collaborate with BUMs, Sales, Client Success, and Licensed Brands to align launches and messaging with demand signals.
    • Drive adoption of forecasting frameworks and self-serve insights across teams.

    Metrics & KPIs

    Business Impact

    • Forecast adoption: % of roadmap, market, and content decisions informed by demand intelligence
    • Demand capture lift: lead volume and quality improvements driven by timing and targeting
    • Operational readiness: reduction in under/over-supply events
    • MPS alignment: demand intelligence contribution to revenue, booked leads, and ROMI forecasting

    Forecasting & Intelligence Health

    • Forecast accuracy and calibration by geo, service, and horizon
    • Early-indicator performance and lead time gained on demand shifts
    • Insight cycle time: signal β†’ recommendation β†’ action
    • Data quality consistency and reduction in metric disputes

    Scalability & Adoption

    • Automation coverage vs. manual analysis
    • Self-serve dashboard adoption across teams
    • Forecast refresh cadence reliability
    • Stakeholder confidence and satisfaction

    Team Structure & Interfaces

    • Leads the Data Intelligence function, developing analysts and setting standards for forecasting and insights.
    • Accountable for demand forecast accuracy, data quality, and insight timeliness.
    • Operates within the 4A governance cadence (weekly business reviews, monthly and quarterly portfolio planning).
    • Ensures all insights are decision-ready and action-oriented.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence (marketplaces, services, or demand-driven businesses preferred)
    • Strong experience analyzing large historical datasets and translating patterns into business action
    • Comfortable operating with imperfect data while delivering reliable, directional guidance
    • Proven ability to influence strategy and drive cross-functional adoption
    • Advanced skills in SQL, Python or R, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), GA4, Search Console, and CRM systems
    • Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, ROMI, capacity economics, and MPS-style input/output frameworks
    • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Builder mindset: scales 0β†’1 experiments into 1β†’10 standardized systems

    US Company is searching for a SaaS Platform Architect. Interesting project, distributed team, full-time, an official contract. Remote work, CET business hours.

    Brief project description:

    • The product is a complex platform with applications realized like SaaS, which perform multiple functions for improving Safety, Sustainability and Productivity (works planning / incident management / monitoring & analytics) on high-risky industries: oil & gas gathering and transportation, chemical, building, energy market.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Architect and build a secure, scalable multi-tenant SaaS platform on Azure.
    • Make pragmatic architecture calls (monolith vs microservices) based on constraints, maturity, and outcomes.
    • Implement resilient services : horizontal scaling, async processing, caching.
    • Build for production from day one: observability, reliability, cost control, and operational excellence.
    • Raise the engineering bar through pairing, code reviews, and clear technical direction.

    Must-Have Requirements:

    Mindset (Key traits):

    • High Agency: You embrace ambiguity, drive decisions, and take extreme ownership of outcomes.
    • Continuous Learner: You stay current with new technologies and patterns (including new AI/GenAI related technologies ). You tinker with new tech on weekends because you love it.
    • Pragmatic: You balance "boring technology" stability with modern AI-driven innovation.

    Cloud & Platform (Azure)

    • Deep, hands-on Azure experience: Azure Container Apps, App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL/Postgres, Front Door
    • Designing and building multi-tenant SaaS architectures (you've shipped, not just designed)
    • Scalability patterns: horizontal scaling, async processing, caching, sharding
    • Microservices, event-driven systems, and knowing when a monolith is actually the right call

    Hands-On Technical Skills

    • You code: Proficient in at least one of C#/.NET, Java, Python, or TypeScript
    • Modern Auth/Authz: You've designed and implemented modern authentication/authorization using the OpenID Connect Protocol and OAuth2.
    • Cloud Security: You are familiar with common attack vectors to web applications (OWASP top 10), and know how to design software that is secure by default.

    Communication & Collaboration

    • Great Communicator: You can explain complex AI/Cloud concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
    • Flexible & Adaptable: You hold "strong opinions, loosely held." You adapt quickly when requirements or technology shifts.
    • Mentorship: You elevate the team's bar through code reviews, pairing, and design discussions, not just edicts.

    Considered as a BIG plus:

    • Databricks: Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Workflows, Databricks SQL
    • Deep integration of Azure OpenAI / LLMs into production workflows
    • Advanced RAG patterns
    • Agentic workflows and tool-calling architectures

    Work conditions:

    • Distributed team, remote work.
    • Kanban or scrum approach, 5-6 team members / team.
    • Full-time (40 hours per week).
    • Official contract: salary, sick-leave days, holidays, vacations.

    Hiring process:

    • Step 1 - preliminary interview (main questions) - 30 mins
    • Step 2 - internal tech interview (tech questions) - 40-50 mins
    • Step 3 - tech interview with team leader and architect - 1 hour

    We’ve been operating in the crypto industry for over 10 years, building long-term teams and sustainable processes. Now we’re looking for a CFO who can take full ownership of the financial and legal function in a crypto business β€” from daily liquidity control to building structures that can withstand audits, regulators, and rapid growth.

    This role is hands-on and strategic at the same time. You’ll work closely with the CEO, shareholders, Compliance, Product, and Operations, and will be responsible for the financial stability and transparency of the entire group.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Take ownership of the financial and legal function across the group of crypto companies.
    • Ensure stable liquidity and asset safety (fiat and crypto).
    • Oversee treasury management, cash flows and reserves, preventing cash gaps and account blockages.
    • Maintain full financial visibility and control at group level.
    • Prepare and oversee management reporting for leadership and shareholders.
    • Control and optimize cost structure.
    • Manage the group legal structure (opening and closing entities, financial reporting).
    • Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Product and Operations on financial topics.
    • Support licensing and regulatory processes from the financial side.
    • Manage and develop the finance & legal team (5–10 people).

    • 2+ years of experience as CFO / Head of Finance / Deputy CFO in the financial industry.
    • Experience in fintech, crypto projects, exchanges or PSPs.
    • Strong understanding of how a crypto exchange operates
    • Ability to analyze and reconcile on-chain transactions with internal reports and accounting.
    • Practical experience dealing with incidents: stuck transactions, balance discrepancies, delayed withdrawals, cross-chain issues.
    • Solid background in treasury management (fiat & crypto): liquidity, reserves, risk of blockages.
    • Experience working with complex multi-entity legal structures, including offshore jurisdictions.
    • Understanding of tax and legal structuring principles.
    • Proven people management experience (5–10 team members).
    • Experience building or improving finance processes: treasury, controlling, management reporting.

    Soft skills that really matter here:

    • Hands-on mindset.
    • Team player and people leader.
    • Ability to hold people accountable for results.
    • Strategic thinking and ownership mindset.

    Let’s Start With a Hello

    We’re looking for a strong Affiliate Lead / Head of Affiliates to grow and scale the affiliate direction of our casino & sportsbook brand.
    If affiliate marketing for you is not just traffic, but a system you can build, optimize, and scale β€” we should definitely talk.

    Who We Are

    We’re a fast-growing iGaming company with a casino and sportsbook product, actively expanding across Europe and beyond.
    Our focus is simple: sustainable growth, high-quality traffic, and smart partnerships.

    We’re building processes from the ground up β€” which means plenty of space for influence, decisions, and leadership.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Own and scale the affiliate channel across key European markets (Portugal, Poland, Uzbekistan, Germany, Baltic States, and other EU GEOs).
    • Build and lead an affiliate department with a strong focus on RS and Hybrid models (CPA is currently paused while processes are optimized).
    • Bring, manage, and grow your existing partner network, while continuously onboarding new high-quality affiliates.
    • Launch and scale new markets β€” from first partners to stable, profitable volume.
    • Work cross-functionally with influencers, social media, SEO, PPC/ASO teams, and review platforms.
    • Negotiate and manage commercial terms, always keeping long-term profitability in mind.
    • Monitor and optimize performance daily: registrations, FTDs, ROI, LTV, retention, and traffic quality.
    • Translate analytics into actions β€” not just reports.
    • Build clear internal processes, routines, and reporting structures as the department grows.

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with leadership or ownership responsibility.
    • Hands-on experience working with brands (strong plus).
    • Proven success in European GEOs, especially Portugal, Poland, Uzbekistan, Germany, Baltics.
    • A solid partner base working on RS, Hybrid, and Fix models.
    • Strong understanding of traffic sources, funnels, and performance metrics.
    • Data-driven mindset β€” you rely on numbers, insights, and testing to drive decisions.
    • High emotional intelligence and confident leadership style.
    • Proactive, positive, and focused on results β€” you know how to motivate teams and move fast.

    What’s In It for You

    • Fully remote β€” work from anywhere.
    • Competitive salary with room for growth as the department scales.
    • Access to all necessary resources: budgets, analytics, and a dedicated team.
    • Real influence on strategy, processes, and long-term growth.
    • Opportunity to build and lead a key business direction from an early stage.

    Let’s Wrap It Up

    If you’re ready to take ownership of the affiliate channel and help us scale smart and sustainably β€” we’d love to hear from you.
    Send your CV and tell us which GEOs and partner types you work with best.

    This is a leadership and systems-focused role. The Head of Product Management is responsible for the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Product Management across all projects and clients. The goal is to ensure strong problem definition, clear prioritization, and business-aligned delivery, while reducing chaos, escalations, and dependency on founders.

    This is not a hands-on project management role.

    Team context:
    - PM team of ~10 Product Managers;
    - PMs work across multiple client projects;
    - Outsourcing/agency environment with distributed teams.

    Requirements:

    - 7+ years in Product Management (agency or complex B2B preferred);
    - 2+ years managing PMs;
    - Strong systems thinker (process > heroics);
    - Comfortable with ambiguity and decision ownership;
    - Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Product & PM Ownership
    - Define and enforce PM standards (PRDs, roadmaps, success metrics, discovery process);
    - Ensure PMs clearly articulate:
    β€’ What problem are we solving;
    β€’ Why it matters;
    β€’ What success looks like;
    - Own PM best practices across all projects and clients;

    2. PM Team Leadership
    - Hire, onboard, coach, and performance-manage Product Managers;
    - Set expectations for PM ownership and accountability;
    - Identify skill gaps and create PM training plans;
    - Actively mentor senior PMs into stronger product owners.

    3. Planning & Prioritization
    - Own prioritization frameworks (what gets built now vs later);
    - Ensure scope is realistic and aligned with business goals;
    - Prevent β€œeverything is urgent” culture;
    - Facilitate trade-off discussions with stakeholders.

    4. Cross-Functional Alignment
    - Act as the single point of accountability for PM ↔ Engineering ↔ QA ↔ Business alignment;
    - Ensure PMs:
    β€’ Work closely with QA on acceptance criteria;
    β€’ Provide engineers with clear, testable requirements;
    - Reduce escalations reaching founders.

    5. Client & Stakeholder Confidence
    - Ensure PM outputs are client-presentable and defensible;
    - Step in on high-risk or escalated projects;
    - Help position PM work as valuable (not overhead).

    6. Metrics & Continuous Improvement
    - Define PM performance metrics (qualitative + quantitative);
    - Track:
    β€’ Requirement quality;
    β€’ Rework caused by unclear specs;
    β€’ Client satisfaction related to PM;
    - Continuously improve PM processes.

    Will be a plus:

    - Experience scaling PM practices in a growing organization;
    - Background working with US startups;
    - Experience building PM frameworks and training programs;
    - Strong understanding of Engineering and QA workflows.

    - Opportunities to work on diverse and challenging projects;
    - A supportive and collaborative team environment;
    - 12 vacation days per year;
    - 5 sick days per year;
    - English classes;
    - Access to therapist and psychologist support for mental well-being.
