We are looking for a Telegram Media Buyer / Channel Manager who will be responsible for user acquisition through Telegram across CIS GEOs.

The main focus of the role is buying advertising directly in Telegram channels, testing new traffic sources, analyzing placement performance, and scaling successful campaigns.

The role also includes developing and growing the project’s own Telegram channel.

Responsibilities

— Search for relevant Telegram channels for advertising placements;
— Communicate and negotiate directly with channel owners and publishers;
— Plan, launch, and manage Telegram seeding campaigns;
— Track and analyze placement performance;
— Optimize traffic acquisition based on results;
— Test new Telegram traffic sources and approaches;
— Scale successful placements and partnerships;
— Support the growth and development of the project’s own Telegram channel;
— Cooperate with the team on content and advertising creatives;
— Monitor competitors and market trends.

Requirements

— Hands-on experience buying advertising directly in Telegram channels;

— Experience working with CIS GEOs;
— Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate advertising performance;

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute the affiliate strategy for the CIS market.

We're looking for someone who has

• 3+ years of Affiliate Marketing experience within iGaming.
• Strong experience with CIS GEO.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs.
• Existing network of affiliates, webmasters and affiliate networks.
• Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

We are looking for a Head of Customer Support who will build and scale the support function, manage the team, establish processes and KPIs, and ensure a high level of service for players across Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the Customer Support function
• Hire, onboard, train, and manage Support Agents and Team Leads
• Create support standards, KPIs, SLA, QA, and performance monitoring processes
• Optimize workflows and implement automation
• Work closely with Product, CRM, VIP, Payments, Risk, and other teams
• Analyze support performance and implement improvements
• Improve CSAT, response time, resolution time, and service quality
• Scale the team together with product growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming / Online Casino

We’re looking for a strong Head of Customer Support to join an international iGaming project and build a high-performing support function for Canada, Australia & New Zealand 

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves building things from scratch, knows how casino players think, and can turn Customer Support into a real part of the customer experience and retention strategy.

• Build and scale the Customer Support department from the ground up
