• Контроль KPI платіжної ефективності (approval rate, chargeback, decline, routing)
• Побудова та розвиток команди Payments

Вимоги

• Обов’язковий досвід у гемблінгу / iGaming (від 2–3 років)
• Досвід на позиції Head of PSP з боку платіжного сервісу 

• Глибоке розуміння платіжних потоків, routing, cascades, antifraud та chargeback
• Досвід управління командами
• Сильні аналітичні та переговорні навички
• Розуміння регуляторних вимог (KYC, AML, PCI DSS — буде перевагою)
• Англійська — на професійному рівні

Буде плюсом

• Досвід із криптоплатежами
• Досвід побудови платіжної інфраструктури
• Технічне розуміння інтеграцій (API, gateway)
