    P2P Operations

    • Own the full P2P operational flow
    • Control internal gateway performance

    Responsibilities:

    Treasury and payments:
    - Execute and record project payments, maintain a payment calendar

    - Perform regular balance reconciliations and ensure data accuracy

    - Partner payouts and receivables control

    Legal entities across jurisdictions:

    - Support external auditors and consultants, prepare information and explanations
    - Maintain baseline document hygiene: contracts, invoices, confirmations, payment rationale
     

    Finance function development:
    - Select and implement accounting systems for the project
    - Establish policies and procedures: payment process, limits, approvals
    - If needed, hire and onboard additional team members
     

    Requirements and expectations:

    - Relevant finance experience: treasury, reconciliations, payments, receivables control, management reporting
    - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with regular preparation of P&L, CF, BS
    - Comfortable with creative financial solutions within legal and compliance boundaries
    - Understanding of crypto and payment infrastructure: wallets, crypto cards, providers, transaction confirmations, basic AML logic
    - Experience with crypto infrastructure: exchange accounts, hardware wallets, understanding of checks and basic AML logic
    - Advanced Excel / Google Spreadsheets skills: pivots, complex formulas, data structures, scripts
    - Experience with Asana or a similar task tracker
    - Working-level English (email, documents, communication)

    About the role: Payments for us are not a support function β€” they are a core growth engine of products used by 1M+ users across Tier-1 markets. We operate complex, high-load social and streaming platforms where every approval point, every millisecond of latency, and every routing decision directly impacts revenue at scale. This role sits at the intersection of banking partnerships, processing architecture, and product growth, with real ownership over how money moves through some of the top apps in their categories globally.

    In this role, you will

    • Build and scale strategic relationships with acquiring banks in Tier-1 jurisdictions, onboard new acquirers, open Direct MIDs for Digital Goods and Social categories, and negotiate competitive commercial terms
    • Design and operate the payment processing architecture using the YUNO orchestrator, including full Tokenization (Card-on-File) setup to enable seamless one-click payments
    • Configure Smart Routing and cascading logic to maximize Approval Ratio and optimize blended transaction costs
    • Develop and implement antifraud strategies that balance risk control with frictionless approval of high-value transactions
    • Collaborate closely with Product and Analytics teams to build efficient Web-to-App payment flows and proactive reporting systems
    • Monitor transaction health, handle technical payment incidents, and manage disputes end to end
       

    It’s all about you

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Payments on the Product or PSP side within Mobile Gaming, Social Discovery, or Digital Goods
    • Strong networking and business development skills with an existing base of warm contacts in Tier-1 EU and US banks and PSPs, plus proven experience opening and onboarding Direct MIDs independently
    • Practical experience with payment orchestrators such as YUNO or Corefy and deep understanding of Tokenization and Card-on-File flows for one-click payments
    • Expert knowledge of 3DS v2, differences between MIT and CIT transactions, and technical approaches to Authorization Rate optimization
    • Solid understanding of Visa and Mastercard rules including Chargeback Monitoring Programs, VMP, and EMCP, and experience configuring antifraud filters
    • Advanced or fluent English
       

    Would be a plus

    • Direct, hands-on experience working specifically with the YUNO payment orchestrator
    • Proven cases of implementing Web-to-App strategies such as launching web shops for mobile apps or games
    • Experience integrating Apple Pay and Google Pay for web interfaces
    • Basic SQL knowledge or the ability to work independently with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI

    THE ROLE

    We are looking for an amazing Lead Platform Engineer with a varied background in building and maintaining services relied upon by the game and its surrounding infrastructure. Our first title is an ambitious 3rd person smart shooter with unique elements. This is not your everyday shooter! 

    This role will manage our game platform and work closely with Gameplay Engineering, LiveOps, Devops, and Analytics to contribute to a robust, scalable platform encompassing authentication, social features, matchmaking, session and server instance management, and more.
