    Role: B2B Content Manager

    You will build a content machine that educates the market, fuels demand, strengthens our brand, and supports sales. Your work will shape how the world understands AI-first logistics.

    You will report directly to the CMO.

    What You Will Create (Your Core Outputs)

    1. Educational Content (Demand Gen)

    • Deep market analysis, logistics insights, SaaS playbooks, whitepapers
    • Benchmarking reports (e.g., “AI Trends in Freight Procurement”)
    • Comparable to Gong Labs — data-backed content that builds authority

    2. Case Studies & Customer Success Stories

    • Clear, credible enterprise-grade stories that build trust
    • Format: written, video, slides, short social cuts
    • Similar to Snowflake’s Fortune 500 case library

    3. Thought Leadership for C-Level

    • Articles, keynote scripts, interviews, podcasts
    • Help shape Forward’s narrative: AI-first logistics → the new world standard

    4. Sales Enablement Content

    • One-pagers, decks, battlecards, competitor breakdowns
    • KPI: real usage by Sales during live deals
    • Help shorten deal cycles and increase win rates

    What You’ll Do Day to Day

    • Run the full content lifecycle: research → draft → edit → publish → distribute
    • Collaborate with CMO, Product, Sales, and Data teams
    • Turn raw product insights and customer interviews into high-impact content
    • Build a long-term content strategy for US, EU, and Asia markets
    • Set up distribution systems (newsletters, communities, partnerships)
    • Track performance and optimize based on real metrics

    Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Your mission: build a transparent, scalable, investor-grade financial system that enables Forward to grow fast without chaos.

    You will own all financial operations: FP&A, reporting, multi-entity accounting, cash management, fundraising finance, due diligence, compliance, audit readiness, and strategic financial planning.

     

    Your Core Outputs (The “Product” of CFO)

    1. Financial Transparency

    • Produce standardised, accurate P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet across all entities.
    • Deliver investor-trusted financials aligned with US GAAP (and IFRS where needed).
    • Build a single financial source of truth for founders, board, and investors.

    2. Runway & Cash Management

    • Manage cash, burn rate, FX exposure, and multi-currency flows.
    • Maintain 18–24 months runway to support controlled hypergrowth.
    • Implement cash discipline across all departments.

    3. Unit Economics & SaaS Metrics Own and optimize:

    • CAC, CAC Payback
    • LTV, LTV:CAC
    • Gross Margin 75–85%
    • NRR 120–140%
    • Rule of 40 (Growth + Margin ≥ 40) Product = a profitable, scalable SaaS model per customer.

    4. Fundraising & Investor Relations

    • Partner with CEO on fundraising (Series B, debt, VC relationships).
    • Build investor materials: metrics, narratives, models, board decks.
    • Lead financial DD and maintain investor trust at all times.
    • Maintain NVCA-ready processes and data rooms.

    5. Compliance & Audit

    • Ensure US GAAP / IFRS compliance.
    • Manage multi-entity structure (US C-Corp, Estonia OÜ, Ukraine Diia.City, EU subsidiaries).
    • Prepare Forward for Big4-level due diligence.
    • Deliver audit-ready books, tax structures, and consolidated reporting.

    6. FP&A & Strategic Planning

    • Build annual budgets, 3-year financial plans, hiring plans, and scenario models.
    • Manage forecasts with ±5–10% variance.
    • Maintain burn multiple < 1.5 (top-tier SaaS performance).
    • Support CEO with financial strategy for GTM expansion (US/EU/Asia).
