Junior Account Manager (iGaming)

Ми шукаємо Junior Account Manager, який стане частиною команди та допомагатиме підтримувати ефективну взаємодію з партнерами й клієнтами компанії. На цій позиції ти будеш координувати поточні процеси, супроводжувати проєкти та забезпечувати високий рівень сервісу на всіх етапах співпраці.
 

Що потрібно буде робити

• Підтримувати комунікацію з партнерами та клієнтами з операційних питань.
• Готувати комерційні пропозиції, презентації та інші супровідні матеріали.
• Координувати взаємодію між клієнтами та внутрішніми командами.
• Допомагати у запуску, інтеграції та подальшому розвитку проєктів.
• Збирати, аналізувати та систематизувати статистичні дані.
• Вести CRM-систему та підтримувати актуальність інформації щодо партнерів.
• Брати участь у зустрічах, фіксувати ключові домовленості та готувати підсумки.
• Контролювати виконання задач і дотримання дедлайнів.
• Оперативно допомагати партнерам у вирішенні поточних запитів.
