    We’re looking for a Sport CRM Manager to join our fast-paced team at Medier. If you’re experienced, hands-on, and thrive in a no-nonsense environment where things move very quickly β€” keep reading.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Own CRM operations for a specific region, working closely with local teams and regional managers. You will be responsible for CRM startegy and execution within a defined region - could be Europe, LATAM, Asia, or others - depending on your background and business needs. 
    • Create, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.)
    • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data
    • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Support) to align CRM efforts with broader goals
    • Bring structure and ownership to your region’s customer lifecycle processes
    • Optionally take on operational tasks if you’re not yet deeply embedded in the sports niche β€” we’ll tailor scope to your strengths

       

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • Proven CRM experience β€” ideally in high-paced environments (iGaming, sports tech, fintech, etc.)
    • Strong English is a must β€” you’ll be in constant communication with regional stakeholders
    • Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or regional ones) = big plus

    1.5-2 years of hands-on experience as an ORM/SERM Specialist

    • Background in American brands or products
    • Proven track record in developing ORM/SERM strategies
    • Solid understanding of SEO principles
    • Experience managing multiple brand portfolios simultaneously
    • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels
    • Skilled in navigating and contributing to online forums (Reddit, Quora)
    • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
    • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes
    • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
