Weβre looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to take our marketing analytics function to the next level. In this role, youβll shape how data drives decisions across a complex and fast-evolving ecosystem β with multiple traffic sources, monetization models, and platforms in play.
This is your opportunity to lead analytics in a business thatβs anything but one-dimensional:- π A diverse mix of paid and organic traffic sources;

Team structure:
Youβll work closely with stakeholders such as Growth and Creative Marketing Managers, the Martech Lead, and Π‘MO, and collaborate with peers including the Product Analytics Lead and the Data Products Team. This role sits within a broader Analytics team that includes 14 analysts across various domains, as well as a Data Engineering Team.
Your impact:
- Take ownership of marketing analytics solutions, tools, and decision-making processes;
- Build and maintain strong, productive partnerships with key stakeholders;
- Ensure a predictable, efficient flow of high-impact deliverables from the marketing analytics team;
- Lead a team of three marketing analysts (mid-level and above), and grow the team to meet evolving business needs.
