Kleem Organics is an established Amazon seller in the skincare space, now expanding into a full DTC growth model on Shopify - built around our hero acquisition product, the Kleem Organics Retinol Cream. We're looking for a hands-on growth operator to take full ownership of the funnel and turn this single product into a scalable, profitable acquisition engine.

The Mission

Take Kleem Organics' Retinol Cream from ~$300K/year to $10M/year on Shopify within 2 years. You'll own the entire funnel — Creative → Acquisition → Conversion → AOV → Retention → LTV → Profit — and be accountable for profitable growth, not just platform ROAS.

This is not a "run some ads" role. It's a part-time Growth/Performance Manager seat with real ownership: positioning, creative strategy, paid acquisition, CRO, and profitability all sit with you.

Core Responsibilities

Customer, Positioning & Offer

• Deeply understand the Retinol customer — pains, desires, objections, purchase triggers, desired transformation
• Continuously improve positioning, pricing, bundles, Subscribe & Save, promotions, guarantees, upsells and cross-sells

Creative Testing 

• Own the full creative testing process - angles, hooks, concepts, messaging
• Own UGC strategy: creator sourcing and briefs
• Identify winning creatives and systematically iterate on them

Paid Acquisition

• Personally own and manage Meta Ads (Google Ads a plus, not required)
• Make decisions based on profitability — not platform ROAS alone

Landing Pages & CRO

• Own the full journey from ad click → landing page → checkout → purchase
• Continuously improve CVR and AOV through structured experimentation

What We're Looking For

• 2 - 3+ years of proven hands-on DTC/Shopify growth experience 
• Deep understanding of Shopify economics, profitability, and unit economics
• Beauty/skincare and/or supplements experience strongly preferred
• Personally managed $70K+/month paid-media budgets
• Strong Meta Ads expertise with hands-on campaign management (Google Ads is a plus)
• Proven CRO, landing page, and full-funnel optimization experience
• Experience building UGC/creator testing systems

We are looking for a Junior–Middle ASO Specialist to help grow our portfolio of consumer mobile apps through organic App Store traffic.

The main goal is simple: find keyword opportunities, improve rankings, increase organic installs, and improve App Store conversion rate.

We are looking for a Traffic Manager. You will own the offer and the traffic flows for your SKU portfolio and have a direct impact on the revenue and profitability of the products: here, every number is immediate feedback on what you did.

Key job responsibilities

• Build the overall traffic and sales strategy (organic and paid) for your SKU portfolio and define priority growth areas together with the Product Owner.
• Own pricing: the pricing logic for the category, testing prices, coupons, and discounts, competitor analysis, setting the Target Price, and assessing how price affects CTR, CPA, and conversion.

• Sync daily with the Product Owner, PPC Manager, Supply & Production, marketing, content, and compliance on category behavior, seasonality, and sales forecasts.
• Run regular traffic analytics: CTR, CVR, CPA, Net Profit, Gross Revenue, Ranking, AQ rate.

• Build, update, and maintain complex reports in Excel and Google sheets — most of the decisions above are made through working with data.

   

Basic Qualifications

• An understanding of how the Amazon marketplace works: the basics of Amazon Policy, listing structure, and the key metrics of listing performance.
• Analytical thinking: experience collecting and analyzing data through Helium 10, Sellerboard, or SQP, and the ability to read the numbers, spot patterns, and propose specific actions.
• Confident Excel and Google Sheets: core formulas, reports of varying complexity, and the ability to find an answer to a non-trivial question in the data quickly.
• An understanding of SKU unit economics and the ability to work toward key KPIs: CTR, CVR, CPA, organic visibility.
• A portfolio: the products you worked on, where their metrics started, where you took them, and what exactly you did to get there.

What will you do:

• Own SEO and AEO at Fluix end-to-end: set the strategy, pick the targets, and be the person who gets Fluix showing up in AI Overviews, answers, and ranking for the searches our buyers actually make.
• Build the product landing-page infrastructure: Create the product, blog, and article pages that unlock both organic rankings and AI citations.
• Drive a net-new link acquisition program: Grow Fluix's referring-domain base toward 3,000+ through editorial outreach, link reclamation, and content-led earning — targeting 200+ new domains in Year 1.
• Own technical SEO and ongoing site health: Resolve the priority backlog (sitemaps, indexing, redirects) and own crawl, indexing, and schema as the site scales.
• Define and execute the content strategy for organic and AI visibility: Decide which content and templates we create, brief the writers, and make sure it targets the topics worth winning.
• Show the impact. Turn rankings and traffic into real business results — demo requests and signups — and keep an eye on how we stack up against competitors like SafetyCulture, Fieldwire, and TrueContext.

About you:

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS SEO, with a track record of ranking competitive commercial keywords
• A self-starter who builds strategy from scratch and owns it end-to-end
• Hands-on familiarity with AEO / AI Overview optimization
• Experience with building and optimizing product/category landing pages — you understand page-intent architecture and how to structure pages for both organic ranking and AI citation.
• You're fluent with AI tools and use them daily to optimize your own workflows 
• Active link acquisition experience: outreach, relationship-based editorial links, or content-led earning
• Strong technical SEO — you can diagnose and fix crawl, indexing, redirect, and schema issues yourself, using tools like Screaming Frog and GSC.
• Strong analytics — you turn Ahrefs and GSC data into a clear, prioritized action plan.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us better understand our customers, improve product positioning, and communicate the value of our infrastructure solutions to the market.

We are especially interested in candidates with a technical background or genuine interest in hosting, cloud, servers, or infrastructure who can understand complex products and translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Research & Market Insights

 Conduct customer interviews and research to understand customer needs, pain points, motivations, and buying behavior
Identify ICPs, customer segments, JTBD, and opportunities to improve product-market alignment
Validate hypotheses and turn customer insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Marketing teams

2. Positioning, Messaging & Sales Enablement

Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for different customer segments
Translate complex technical products and features into clear business benefits and use cases
Create supporting materials such as battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies to communicate product value
Ensure consistent product messaging across marketing channels and commercial touchpoints

3. Competitive Intelligence
