Join our team as a Game Casino Manager and take charge of building and optimizing our casino portfolio. You’ll work with leading providers, design engaging campaigns, and influence the future of our iGaming product.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the casino game portfolio: add, configure, and maintain the relevance of all game types (Slots, Live, Crash, Instant, Table).
- Conduct daily performance analysis of games: GGR, NGR, Bet Count, ARPU, RTP efficiency.
- Collaborate with game providers (Pragmatic, BGaming, Hacksaw, SmartSoft, Spribe, etc.) on releases, exclusives, promotions, and API-related topics.
- Plan and launch in-game campaigns (Tournaments, Drops & Wins, Feature Buy events).
- Work closely with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate game campaigns into the overall promo calendar.
- Monitor market trends, identify and implement new mechanics and games focused on player retention and LTV growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
- Oversee the visual representation of games on the website (categories, banners, featured games).
- Test new game releases and verify the correct functionality of games and features.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in iGaming (Casino / Product / Content / Game Management).
- Strong understanding of casino metrics: GGR, NGR, RTP, retention, conversion, DAU, WAU, ARPU.
- Experience collaborating with game providers and understanding their ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with analytical tools (GA4, Tableau, Power BI, Smartico, or similar).
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle large data volumes.
- English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (business correspondence, meetings).
