This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the player lifecycle, compliance standards, and performance-driven marketing within the iGaming industry

    HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

    • Execute and manage daily, weekly, and monthly email campaigns across multiple domains and websites
    • Work with ESP platforms such as SendGrid, Elastic Email, Brevo, DotDigital, or similar
    • Upload lists, create segments, run A/B tests, and schedule/send campaigns
    • Collaborate with designers to brief and review creatives, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign goals
    • Write and adapt email copy (primarily in English), using tools like ChatGPT for content generation and localization
    • Plan and maintain email calendars for different markets and products
    • Monitor and optimize email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming, etc.)
    • Track key performance indicators (open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue)
    • Deliver structured monthly reports with actionable insights
    • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in large-volume email operations
    • Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, Design, and Affiliate teams

    WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

    • Proven experience in email marketing (mandatory)
    • Background in iGaming / online casino / sports betting (must understand promotions, compliance, player behavior)
    • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (ESP)
    • Strong content and copywriting skills in English; additional languages are a plus
    • Working knowledge of email deliverability best practices
    • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
    • Fluent in English (B1+ minimum)
    • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

    2. Triggered campaign showed a good performance on Ukrainian domain. So we need to localise and adapt for launching in other domains.
