The Role

We're looking for someone who can own the entire Meta advertising process:

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to take full ownership of scaling our YouTube and native acquisition channels alongside Google Ads. You will work closely with our team to test angles, optimize funnels, and scale profitable ad spend.
This is not a traditional Search-and-Shopping-only PPC role. YouTube is a primary growth engine for us, and Native (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent) is our secondary pillar. If you specialize in cold-traffic DR funnels, VSL testing, advertorial-to-checkout flows, and aggressive scaling, this is built for you.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO
 

• Own YouTube at scale: Build, manage, and scale cold-traffic YouTube campaigns—optimizing campaign structure, placement strategy, creative hooks, and view-through vs. click attribution.
• Scale native funnels: Plan, launch, and optimize native campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain, and Revcontent - managing publisher bids, blocklists, headline/thumbnail testing, and advertorial alignment.
• Manage full-funnel Google Ads: Build and optimize Google campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Demand Gen, maintaining strict brand defense and retargeting logic.
• Optimize Merchant Center & tracking: Oversee Google Merchant Center feeds, policy compliance, and server-side/conversion tracking setups (GTM, GA4, and multi-touch attribution tools).
• Collaborate on creative strategy: Brief and collaborate with copywriters and video editors on fresh VSL concepts, native headlines, visual hooks, and advertorial angles.
• Test & analyze continuously: Execute systematic A/B tests across ad copy, video angles, bidding strategies, and landing page flows. Monitor CAC, ROAS, and overall spend efficiency daily.
   

REQUIREMENTS
 

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience in eCommerce / Direct Response (DTC background preferred).
• Proven track record managing $50k+/month in profitable ad spend.
• Deep YouTube Ads expertise: Demonstrable experience driving cold traffic on YouTube at scale using VSLs and long-form video.
• Hands-on native experience: Proven capability building and optimizing campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain, or similar native platforms.
