We are seeking a Marketing Director to own marketing strategy, execution, and performance across paid acquisition, PR, partnerships, and analytics.

The Marketing Director operates as the single point of accountability for marketing outcomes, working closely with Sales and Product.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Ownership

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy, priorities, and execution across all channels.

The role: You'll own the entire marketing content function as a "manager of one." This is an acquisition-focused role — no onboarding or retention work. You'll create educational content: set up webinars, LinkedIn thought leadership (for our large enterprise clients like Insurance Carriers and Insurance Distributors), Youtube and Facebook (this is where the agents and advisors - our Pro B2C customers hang out), email newsletters, conference materials that positions Annuities Genius as the definitive voice in the space. Who you are: A creative B2B content marketer with 7-10+ years of experience, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or financial services. You understand that in trust-based industries, authority beats ads. You're fluent in state-of-the-art content creation tools and excited about building AI-powered content workflows. You can manage freelancers, run your own show, and don't need a marketing department around you to be effective. Our product, data and marketing ops team will support you where needed, but you should be in the driver seat.

Requirements: Russian/Ukrainian-speaking preferred. Perfect written English — you'll be creating all content in English for a US audience. Available to work hours overlapping with US Pacific time (until 12pm PST).
