🔧 Key Responsibilities- Source and identify promising junior full-stack developer candidates
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers and HR professionals
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to successful placement
- Organize and facilitate technical interviews
- Support candidates throughout their job search and placement process
🧠 Requirements
- No experience required
- Individual Entrepreneur (ФОП)
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in full-stack, frontend, backend development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using Slack and other modern communication tools
- Strong network within the tech community is a plus
💰 What We Offer
- Initial 2 months probation period (payment of $200/monthly)
- After probation period salary of $500 + $75 for each candidate that recives an offer
