    We are looking for a Supply Acquisition Manager who will directly impact our business by driving supply growth through strategic sourcing and efficient hiring processes.     Your Impact:

    • Develop and implement supply acquisition strategies aligned with business demand and quality standards.
    • Manage the full acquisition funnel — sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring of suppliers.

    Your Role

    As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a foundational role in building our team and recruitment processes from scratch. You will report directly to the Founder and collaborate closely with leadership.


    Responsibilities:

    • Identify hiring needs and create tailored acquisition strategies.
    • Actively source candidates via multiple channels (beyond job postings).
    • Lead hiring for key senior roles (Retention, Analytics, Payments, Affiliates, Media Buying).
    • Manage recruitment budgets and control costs.
    • Set up and manage ATS (Hurma) and recruitment reporting.
    • Build trust with stakeholders and ensure high-quality hires.


    What We’re Looking For

    Must-haves:

    • 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment.
    • Track record of successful headhunting.
    • Experience hiring senior/key roles.
    • Ability to create and execute creative sourcing strategies.


    Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience setting up recruitment processes and ATS.

    You will:

    • Own the full creator pipeline — from reply → negotiation → onboarding → first post.
    • Keep the CRM clean and up to date.
