What you will be doing
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define and clarify hiring needs and to build a successful, winning sourcing strategy.
- Full cycle of recruiting from sourcing to negotiating offers.
- Act as a Strategic Business Partner: deeply understand our products and business approaches, utilizing this knowledge to drive highly effective hiring and conduct insightful interviews + build strong, trust-based working relationships with hiring managers.
- Proactively build strategic talent pipelines for critical and future roles by utilizing diverse recruiting and sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: jointly define job openings, role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and prioritize hiring based on business needs.
