About the role: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager whoβs ready to take ownership of the hiring process and make a real impact. In this role, youβll collaborate closely with hiring teams, helping them find and attract the right talent while shaping decisions that move the company forward. In this role, you will- Become a trusted partner for hiring managers β helping define role requirements, align priorities, and guide them through every stage of the hiring process
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: conduct intake meetings, define search focus, perform screenings and HR interviews, coordinate interview stages, and ensure a smooth offer and onboarding experience
- Collaborate closely with sourcers to set priorities, align on candidate profiles, and provide timely feedback within agreed SLAs
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies together with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS β from creating vacancies to updating candidate statuses and ensuring data completeness
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional representation of the company
- Stay engaged with product and business teams to deeply understand hiring needs and confidently present the product to candidates
Itβs all about you- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment within a product-focused IT company
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting: from kick-off to offer and proven ability to take ownership of the full hiring process
- Strong communication and consulting skills for working with hiring managers
- Excellent sourcing skills & solid understanding of the IT market and roles in product development
- Experience working with ATS and maintaining accurate, up-to-date data
- Experience in headhunting and working with passive candidates
- Basic understanding of recruitment analytics and ability to draw insights from data
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and channels
- Experience contributing to process improvements or initiatives to enhance candidate experience
