Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter within the software engineering sector.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we use Lever) and recruitment software.
- Availability to work in hybrid working model in our amazing office in Warsaw (Skyliner building).
