Основні задачі:

• Ведення повного циклу найму: від збору вимог до успішного виходу кандидата на роботу.
• Побудова та підтримка talent pipelines для поточних і майбутніх потреб бізнесу.
• Проведення direct search та sourcing через LinkedIn, професійні спільноти та інші канали пошуку.
• Проведення первинних інтерв'ю та оцінка професійних і поведінкових компетенцій кандидатів.
• Партнерська взаємодія з hiring managers щодо формування профілю кандидата, стратегії пошуку та прийняття рішень.
• Проведення reference checks за необхідності.
• Формування якісного candidate experience на всіх етапах взаємодії з кандидатами.
• Аналіз recruiting metrics та підготовка рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності найму.
• Участь у вдосконаленні процесів Talent Acquisition та розвитку рекрутинг-функції компанії.

Qualifications

Required

• At least 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in-house, agency-side, or a combination of both.
• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong professional network.
• Proven experience recruiting for professional, technical, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Teamtailor experience is an advantage) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Your responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (~70%)

* Work directly with clients to understand hiring needs.

* Gather detailed information about open positions.

* Write compelling, high-quality job descriptions.

* Publish vacancies across multiple platforms.

* Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, AI tools, and other channels.

* Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

* Maintain hiring pipelines and ensure every process keeps moving.

* Deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.

Client Communication (~10%)

* Communicate directly with clients throughout the hiring process.

* Present candidate profiles.

Product & Operations (~20%)

You’ll actively participate in improving our AI hiring platform.

We’re looking for someone who constantly thinks about questions like:

* How can we make candidate interviews better?

* What repetitive work should be automated?

* How can recruiters work more efficiently?

* What features would improve the customer experience?

* How can our internal processes become better?

You won’t be expected to make product or business decisions on your own, but we expect you to bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and actively participate in discussions.

Over time, you’ll also become involved in customer meetings, product discussions, and other strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Hiring A-players who share our mission of building products that change people's lives.
• Owning sourcing strategies end-to-end and finding candidates using every resource available.
• Running pre-screen calls and cultural-fit interviews, and making independent assessment calls on candidates.
• Partnering closely with hiring teams and founders.
• Taking full ownership of complex and hard-to-fill senior roles.
• Improving hiring processes and automating routine tasks.
• Managing up to 3 vacancies in parallel while keeping a high quality bar.

• 1–3 роки в IT-рекрутингу з розумінням специфіки тех-стеку.
• Full-cycle recruiting (Вміння самостійно та проактивно вести вакансію від брифінгу з hiring manager до підписаного оферу)
• Ти справді любиш sourcing і сприймаєш пошук як цікавий квест. Та знаєш, де шукати талантів, окрім LinkedIn, Djinni та Telegram.
• Досвід проведення інтерв’ю та оцінки не лише hard skills, а й мотивації та soft skills.
• Досвід роботи з PeopleForce (або аналогами) та любов до порядку в базі.
• Вмієш працювати в динамічному середовищі, пріоритизувати задачі та доводити їх до результату.
• Рівень Intermediate+ для вільної комунікації та роботи з документацією.
