Це практична роль, що охоплює весь життєвий цикл тестувального обладнання — від розробки концепту, проєктування й виготовлення до підтримки під час використання, покращення роботи та оновлення відповідно до змін тестованих пристроїв. Ідеальний кандидат комфортно працює зі спеціалізованими тестовими системами, створеними «з нуля», використовуючи вимірювальне обладнання, релейну комутацію та програмне забезпечення, не покладаючись виключно на готові комерційні рішення.
 

Основні завдання:
 

• Проєктування та виготовлення спеціалізованих тестувальних систем для функціонального та параметричного тестування окремих компонентів або готових виробів з використанням програмованих джерел живлення, вимірювачів потужності, цифрових мультиметрів, релейних матриць, пристроїв збору даних та іншого лабораторного вимірювального обладнання.
• Розробка, налагодження та підтримка тестових програм, що керують послідовністю роботи приладів, зчитуванням вимірювань та логікою тесту.
• Визначення, оптимізація та підтримка в актуальному стані лімітів параметричних тестів на основі специфікацій продукту та статистичного аналізу.
• Підтримка тестових систем у використанні: діагностика відмов, пошук причин несправностей та співпраця з інженерами з інших відділів для усунення проблем у роботі.
• Проведення профілактичного обслуговування та калібрування тестового обладнання.
• Моніторинг трендів тестових даних із використанням SPC‑методів, виявлення системних зсувів або деградації та ініціювання коригувальних дій.
• Ведення технічної документації щодо конфігурацій систем, електричних схем підключення та версій ПЗ.
• Співпраця з розробниками продуктів в рамках New Product Introduction (NPI): аналіз дизайну з точки зору тестопридатності (DFT), визначення тестових стратегій.

Необхідні знання та навички:
 

• Ступінь бакалавра з електротехніки, електроніки або суміжної технічної спеціальності.
• Базові паяння в т. ч. SMD, вправна робота з ручним інструментом. 
• Ґрунтовні знання вимірювального електронного обладнання: джерела живлення, цифрові мультиметри, осцилографи, вимірювачі потужності, релейні матриці, обладнання для збору даних.
• Впевнене володіння принаймні однією мовою програмування, що застосовується в тестовій автоматизації (наприклад, Python, LabVIEW, C# або подібні).
• Вміння читати та інтерпретувати електричні схеми, схеми друкованих плат, креслення та подібну технічну документацію.
• Досвід розробки електроніки - pet проектів.

• Уміння розробки й ведення технічної документації та увага до деталей.

  
  Буде плюсом:
   

• Досвід роботи з послідовними протоколами (UART, SPI, I²C) та поширеними інтерфейсами рівня друкованих плат (USB, Ethernet, CAN).
• Знання побудови релейних матриць і маршрутизації сигналів для багатоточкового тестування.
• Досвід взаємодії з вимірювальним обладнанням за допомогою програмного інтерфейсу (SCPI команди, VISA інтерфейс та подібні).
• Досвід розробки вбудованих систем, включно з роботою з мікроконтролерами, низькорівневим програмуванням, периферією та інтеграцією апаратного й програмного забезпечення.
• Досвід роботи з системами контролю версій (наприклад, Git) для керування тестовими програмами.
• Досвід складання звітів покриття тесту (Test Coverage Report).
• Досвід участі в DFT‑аналізі та співпраці з командами розробників.

• Вміння читати принципові схеми
• Базові знання Ома і Кіргоффа — розуміти що відбувається в схемі
• Готовність вчитись швидко і визнавати, що чогось не знаєш

Nice to Have

• Досвід з Arduino, STM32, ESP32 або будь-яким мікроконтролером — навіть на рівні хобі
• Базові знання C або Python
• Досвід роботи з паяльником
• Знайомство з KiCad, Altium або іншим EDA інструментом

Три можливі спеціалізації після bootcamp:

Embedded / Firmware
Розробка прошивок для мікроконтролерів, робота з периферією, протоколи (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN), оптимізація під ресурсообмежені системи.

Hardware Design
Схемотехніка, розводка PCB, вибір компонентів, підтримка виробництва, участь в EVT/DVT циклах.

RF / SDR
Радіочастотні системи, програмно визначене радіо, аналіз спектру, розробка і тестування антен, datalink системи.

Про роль 
Ми шукаємо уважного до деталей інспектора OBA (Outgoing Batch Audit) для незалежної вибіркової перевірки готової продукції перед пакуванням і відправкою замовникам. Ви станете фінальним контролем якості — окремою ланкою, яка перевіряє виріб без залученості до процесів на виробничій лінії, що забезпечує об'єктивну оцінку.
 

Обов’язки

• Виконання планових та позапланових перевірок зібраних виробів згідно з встановленим планом вибірки.
• Оцінка зовнішнього вигляду продукції згідно внутрішніх вимог та стандартів IPC.
• Контроль відповідності технічних характеристик виробу внутрішньо встановленим вимогам.
• Заповнення протоколів перевірки.
• Формування щоденних звітів по виявлених невідповідностях.
• Документування виявлених дефектів для подальшого розбору причин.
   

Вимоги

• Повна середня або базова вища освіта.
• Базові навички роботи з ПК: MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Уважність до деталей — вміння помічати відхилення, незначні на перший погляд.
   

Буде плюсом

• Досвід роботи у сфері електроніки або машинобудуванні від 1 року, особливо в ролі інспектора контролю якості.
• Розуміння виробничих процесів та складання виробів.
• Вміння читати технічну документацію: креслення, специфікації, складальні схеми.
