What Youβll Do- Source and recruit qualified experts from academia, industry, and research institutions for patent and litigation projects
- Conduct online research to identify potential candidates with relevant expertise
- Communicate with experts via email, phone, and LinkedIn to assess availability and fit
- Manage relationships with experts and maintain accurate records in our internal CRM system
- Collaborate with project managers and client teams to understand specific case requirements
- Ensure timely expert matching and support the onboarding process
- Track outreach metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies and methods

Key responsibilities:

Requirements & Skills:
- πΌ 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- π Strong understanding of the recruitment process (candidate sourcing, screening and initial interviews, offer negotiation, and reference checking)
- π» Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
