What you will do

WHAT YOU WILL DO

RECRUITING

→Run full-cycle recruitment for IT and digital roles end to end

→Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, direct outreach, referrals, and alternative channels

→Conduct first-round screening calls and assess candidates on experience, communication, motivation, and fit

→Present qualified shortlists with clear comments and recommendations

→Coordinate interviews with founders and hiring managers

→Occasionally support executive search for CTO, Head of Product, and similar roles

→Maintain structured pipelines, scorecards, and recruitment reporting

HR OPERATIONS

→Run onboarding for new hires — from offer acceptance to first weeks in the team

→Manage offboarding process when team members leave

→Maintain employee data: vacations, sick leaves, contracts, and other HR records

→Support team administration and internal HR processes as the company scales

→3 successfully closed Middle / Senior roles per month

→Stable pipeline of relevant candidates for active vacancies at all times

→High-quality shortlists with clear comments, not raw CV dumps

→Smooth onboarding and offboarding — new hires integrated, exits handled cleanly

→Employee records and HR data maintained accurately and up to date

→Organized, fast, and transparent recruitment and HR processes
 

REQUIREMENTS:

→3+ years of experience in IT recruitment

→Proven track record closing Middle and Senior level technical roles

→Strong understanding of the IT hiring market

→Ability to evaluate candidates beyond keyword matching — experience, context, potential

→Strong headhunting and sourcing skills across multiple channels

→Comfortable running basic HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, employee records

→Ability to work independently and drive vacancies to closure fast

→Good communication skills and structured reporting habits

→English sufficient for candidate communication and full recruiting workflow

→Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for results

Devico is looking for a IT Recruiter to work together with our team on vacancies from Trainee to Senior level. Most of the time, we work with technical roles for our clients, such as developers and QAs. You'll also have the opportunity to work on non-tech roles for our marketing and sales teams.

Joining us, you will be a part of the recruiting team and work closely with the HR team. Our recruiting team consists of a Head of Recruiting and a Middle Recruiter. We are also planning to hire a sourcer to work together on challenging vacancies. Each person works with 3-5 vacancies, depending on their complexity. We have weekly team meetings where we discuss new ideas and challenges we face, share experiences, and plan our work. Together with us, you can improve your expertise in IT recruiting and become a strong specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers.
• Source candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn and professional communities.
• Conduct pre-screen calls to assess both technical fit and soft skills of candidates.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

   

Requirements:

• Preferably 1+ year of experience in IT recruiting (we also consider candidates who have just completed recruiting courses).
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level for communicating with English-speaking candidates and managing documentation.
• Understanding of basic IT concepts, roles, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.
