Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help transform an established legacy investment analytics product into a modern, scalable solution with strong potential among both existing and new customers.

You will work closely with the client’s leadership and customers to understand their needs, identify the highest-value opportunities, and translate insights into a clear product strategy and roadmap. The role combines product discovery, customer research, roadmap development, stakeholder management, and execution.

This is a highly autonomous, client-facing role where you will help establish a structured product development approach and drive the transition from customer insights to validated product solutions.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and drive a product roadmap for transforming the existing legacy solution into a modern, market-relevant product.
• Conduct customer discovery and interviews to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into business requirements, product concepts, and prioritized roadmap items.
• Define and validate product solutions through prototypes and iterative discovery-to-prototype cycles.
• Establish a structured product discovery and roadmap process with key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the client’s leadership, customers, and development teams to ensure alignment on priorities and product direction.
• Identify and define key stakeholders on the client side and build effective working relationships with them.
• Make independent product decisions based on customer insights, business priorities, and available data.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and recommendations clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the product development process from discovery through validation and handover to development.
• Help establish a product management framework that can support the product’s further growth and modernization.

Role Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong experience working with B2B products, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with customer discovery, customer interviews, and product research.
• Proven ability to translate customer insights and business needs into product roadmaps and requirements.
• Experience working with financial analytics, financial indices, investment-related products, or similar data-intensive domains.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers, financial data, and complex information.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading product discussions with clients.
• Strong understanding of modern product discovery and prioritization frameworks and the ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Ability to work independently, structure ambiguous problems, and determine where to start and what to prioritize.
• Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Business-oriented and product-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Advanced English (C1+) and confidence working in an international, client-facing environment.

Daily schedule 

Working primarily European business hours, with regular overlap with the Eastern Time (ET) zone for client collaboration. 

Interview Process

1. Intro Call with Recruiter (45 min)
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager (up to 60 min)
3. Client Interview (up to 90 min)
