Responsibilities:

- Perform search functions, including database mining, job board searches, and functional web searches.
- Research and target new talent sourcing channels, constantly working to uncover new hidden talent.
- Be an ambassador to the company, share our values and increase brand awareness in the market and ensure all candidates receive a position experience.
- Maintain and track your sourced talent within our ATS (SmartRecruiters).

Qualifications

- Search and selection of personnel in the amount of 80% of the time per month;
- Participation in the analysis of the salary market for the formation of competitive remuneration for employees;
- Work simultaneously with 5 vacancies per month;
- Closing tech and digital vacancies;
π Requirements:
- Experience with working 5 or more vacancies at the same time;
- Understanding competency-based assessment;
- Proficiency in ATS (PeopleForce or Hurma, etc.)
- English at the Intermediate level;
- Working with different search channels (Djinni, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.)
- Understanding the specifics of X-Ray search and Google search
- Understanding other search plugins

Requirements:
β 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring;
β English B2 and above;
β Experience with Executive Search and C-level roles;
β Experience working in product companies - Fintech or WEB3;
β Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to attract candidates through various channels;
β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
β Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities;
