    Role Overview

    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top-tier talent to our organization by identifying and engaging potential candidates across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the talent market, advanced research skills, and a strong ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for creating sourcing strategies to fill current openings and build a pipeline for future hiring needs.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates
    • Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to find and engage candidates
