    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    You’ll work closely with our in-house recruiter/HR (that’s me), supporting the full recruitment cycle for technical roles: mainly Full-Stack (Node.js + React), Backend, PM, QA, and Design

    As our projects grow, so will the variety of roles and seniority levels you’ll work with.

     

    At first, you’ll focus on managing inbound candidates: sorting applications, building longlists/shortlists, and keeping our pipeline running smoothly. As we grow, the role will gradually shift towards proactive sourcing and outreach across LinkedIn and other channels, helping us build our own talent pool and strengthen our presence as an employer.

     

     

    What you’ll be doing

    • Review and pre-screen inbound applications from platforms like Djinni.
    • Build clear, structured longlists and shortlists.
    • Communicate with candidates before the first interview stage.
    • Keep our candidate database and statuses up to date.
    • Ensure everyone gets a response, even those not moving forward.
    • Help us experiment with new sourcing approaches and channels.
    • Experiment with new sourcing approaches and channels beyond Djinni.

    You’ll fit in if you

    • 1.5+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (tech roles)

    • Are flexible and proactive, not afraid to ask or clarify.
    • Prefer structure over chaos, but can handle a bit of both.

    • Notion, Google Workspace, Calendly and whatever else makes work easier.
    • You’re free to use AI tools for analysis and speed, as long as it’s thoughtful and invisible to candidates.

    • Full-time, fully remote.
    • Based in Eastern European time zone (mostly Ukraine).
    • You’ll work side by side with the current Talent Partner, hiring managers are our CEO and CTO, so decisions are quick and direct.

    About the Role

    As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that shape our product and brand presence across multiple markets. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, the People team, and department leads to identify hiring needs, craft effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey.

    What We Expect

    • 5+ years of experience recruiting non-technical roles (marketing, operations, management, or business);
    • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment,
    • Proven experience in international recruitment;
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms;
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
    • English — at least Upper-Intermediate or higher (for communication with candidates).

    Will be a plus:

    • Talent sourcing through LinkedIn direct outreach. 
    • Provide a strong focus on sourcing passive and active candidates through networking, complex internet searches, research, name generation, and calls.
    • Perform search functions, including database mining, job board searches, and functional web searches.
    • Research and target new talent sourcing channels, constantly working to uncover new hidden talent.
    • Be an ambassador to the company, share our values and increase brand awareness in the market and ensure all candidates receive a position experience.
    • Maintain and track your sourced talent within our ATS (SmartRecruiters).
