That’s why we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will not just “fill roles”, but truly influence how we attract, assess, and hire talent.

What You’ll Do:- Own the full recruitment cycle — from intake to offer, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to define clear candidate profiles and identify the people who will drive our growth.
- Lead proactive sourcing across platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, etc.) and build long-term pipelines of strong talent.
- Conduct interviews that go beyond checklists — focusing on cultural fit, motivation, and long-term potential.
- Manage your own roles independently (1–4 at a time), keeping everything structured in our ATS Homerun.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to spot bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and introduce new ideas or processes.
- Contribute to the employer brand by helping us share our story with candidates and the tech community.
What We’re Looking For:- You have 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in outsourcing/consulting) and a track record of successfully closing both technical and non-technical roles.
- You take full ownership of the recruitment process, managing roles end-to-end with autonomy and accountability.
- You’re analytical and metrics-driven — you enjoy tracking results, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements to make the process smarter.
- You thrive in dynamic environments, are curious, adaptable, and love thinking outside the box to find the right talent.
- You value long-term fit and quality over speed, building trustful relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- You’re comfortable communicating in English at an intermediate level (B1+) or higher.
