Most of the time, we work with technical roles for our clients, such as developers and QAs. You'll also have the opportunity to work on non-tech roles for our marketing and sales teams.

    Joining us, you will be a part of the recruiting team and work closely with the HR team. Our recruiting team consists of a Head of Recruiting and a Middle Recruiter. We are also planning to hire a sourcer to work together on challenging vacancies. Each person works with 3-5 vacancies, depending on their complexity. We have weekly team meetings where we discuss new ideas and challenges we face, share experiences, and plan our work. Together with us, you can improve your expertise in IT recruiting and become a strong specialist.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers.
    • Source candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn and professional communities.
    • Conduct pre-screen calls to assess both technical fit and soft skills of candidates.
    • Maintain a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.

       

    Requirements:

    • Preferably 3+ year of experience in IT recruiting (we also consider candidates who have just completed recruiting courses).
    • English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level for communicating with English-speaking candidates and managing documentation.
    • Understanding of basic IT concepts, roles, and technologies.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Experience with various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X-Ray search.

    The Talent Acquisition Partner 3 is responsible for independently executing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within software technology companies, with a primary focus on hiring talent for our Ukraine technical hub.     Our selection process is designed to rigorously assess a candidate’s depth of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Behavox’s mission and core values.

     

    As part of the process, candidates will first participate in a series of interviews focused on evaluating their technical expertise and engineering judgment. Candidates who successfully progress through these interviews will then be invited to complete a live technical exercise with a group of Behavox engineers and engineering managers. The purpose of this live technical assessment is to validate the candidate’s stated technical competencies and assess their ability to solve complex problems with speed, accuracy, and sound engineering judgment. Note that whenever possible, we aim to conduct interviews in person at our offices.

    What you’ll do

    • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and software development roles, from sourcing to final hiring
    • Proactively source and engage software developers and IT professionals across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and others)
    • Build, manage, and continuously expand a high-quality developer talent pipeline
    • Prepare and present structured candidate profiles (CVs, summaries, and video introductions)
