We are looking for someone to build their retention from scratch - from selecting a CRM platform and integrations to launching full campaigns and automations.

     

    Responsibilities:

    β€’ Build the retention strategy and communications calendar across the full lifecycle (onboarding β†’ activation β†’ ARPU/retention β†’ reactivation/VIP).

    β€’ Select and implement a CRM/CDP (vendor evaluation, RFP, integrations with backend, payment providers, and the data stack).

    β€’ Launch and scale bonus mechanics: cashback, reloads, missions, loyalty/tiers, personalized offers.

    β€’ Segmentation, journeys, and CRM flows (email / push / SMS / onsite).

    β€’ A/B tests, holdout groups, incrementality, anti-cannibalization of promos.

    ‒ Clear analytics on key metrics: FTD→RD, ARPPU/AMPPU, churn, LTV, Reg2FTD, FTD2RD, campaign contribution.

    β€’ Collaborate with Product/Payments/CS to improve funnels (KYC, deposits, wager clearance, UX triggers).

    β€’ Ensure communications comply with Responsible Gaming/AML requirements.

    Who we’re looking for:

    β€’ 3+ years in iGaming in Retention/CRM/Lifecycle roles.

    β€’ Hands-on experience with CRM/CDP/BI (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Emarsys, HubSpot, Power BI/Looker).

    β€’ Truly hands-on: segments, triggers, content, tests, reportsβ€”not just task setting.

    β€’ Understanding of UX, casino mechanics, bonus economics, and player behavior.

    Challenges you will work on

    • Build and scale the User Acquisition function for an education/subscription product
