About the Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and expand our partner network by finding new opportunities, growing relationships, and developing sustainable business channels. You will have the flexibility to explore and prioritize the partnership models you see as most promising, which may include Affiliate, Referral, Reseller, MSP/IT, Distribution, Technology, Co-marketing, Marketplace, Channel, Strategic partnerships and etc.. Ideal candidates understand B2B partnerships and are comfortable working with technical products such as hosting, cloud, servers, or infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Acquisition

• Identify and approach potential partners across relevant markets and industries
• Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities
• Negotiate cooperation terms, commissions, and commercial conditions

2. Partner Development & Support

• Develop long-term relationships with partners and help them achieve strong results
• Support partners throughout onboarding, launch, and ongoing cooperation
• Help partners set up processes and effectively use available opportunities
• Work with internal teams to resolve partner issues and support joint initiatives
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for further growth

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Partnership Management or a related B2B role, with a proven track record of building and growing successful partnerships that generate measurable business results
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience identifying and approaching potential partners
• Understanding of commercial models, commissions, referral programs, or similar partnership structures
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to evaluate partnership performance
• Ability to independently identify opportunities and drive initiatives
• English B2+
• Ability and willingness to understand technical products and their business value

Nice to Have

• Experience with hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure products
• Experience with international partners, reseller, or channel programs
• Existing network of relevant industry contacts

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us better understand our customers, improve product positioning, and communicate the value of our infrastructure solutions to the market.

We are especially interested in candidates with a technical background or genuine interest in hosting, cloud, servers, or infrastructure who can understand complex products and translate technical capabilities into clear customer value.
 

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Research & Market Insights

 Conduct customer interviews and research to understand customer needs, pain points, motivations, and buying behavior
Identify ICPs, customer segments, JTBD, and opportunities to improve product-market alignment
Validate hypotheses and turn customer insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Marketing teams

2. Positioning, Messaging & Sales Enablement

Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging for different customer segments
Translate complex technical products and features into clear business benefits and use cases
Create supporting materials such as battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies to communicate product value
Ensure consistent product messaging across marketing channels and commercial touchpoints

3. Competitive Intelligence

 Analyze competitors, their products, pricing, positioning, and market approach
Identify market trends, differentiation opportunities, and underserved segments
Provide insights that support product and commercial decisions

4. Product Marketing Initiatives

 Support product launches, new features, pricing changes, and expansion into new segments
Work with Product and Marketing teams to prepare positioning, messaging, and materials for new initiatives
Analyze results of marketing initiatives and use insights to improve future activities
 

Requirements

 1+ years of experience in Product Marketing.
Hands-on experience with customer research, interviews, and hypothesis validation
Understanding of ICP, segmentation, positioning, messaging, and product-market fit
Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value clearly
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to use data to support decisions
Ability to independently identify opportunities and drive initiatives without micromanagement
English B1+
 

Nice to Have
Experience with hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud, networking, or infrastructure products
Technical background
Experience with pricing & packaging
Experience with product launches or Go-To-Market initiatives
Experience with market and competitive research tools

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Growth, Partnerships, or a related commercial role, with a proven track record of successful results.
• Understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and key commercial metrics
• Ability to independently research markets, test hypotheses, and turn opportunities into measurable results
• Confident use of AI tools, automation, and modern sales/growth tools
• English B2+

• Experience with web hosting, infrastructure, SaaS, or adjacent industries
• Understanding of unit economics and business profitability
