In this role, you will manage and scale a highly available database infrastructure handling up to 2 PB of data and 100,000 operations per second. You’ll be responsible for database architecture decisions, performance optimization, and reliability improvements, while closely collaborating with DevOps, Security, and Software Engineering teams.

    Strategic challenges and objectives:

    • Database health monitoring and troubleshooting.
    • Work with massive amounts of data.
       

    Key areas of responsibility:

    • Collaborate with engineers, DBAs, and DevOps teams on technical issues.
    • Provide support to developers and QAs as required.
    • Maintain system monitoring of the database servers. Slow query reporting.
    • Participate in database restructuring and management.
    • Work on schema design and data modeling.
       

    Technical requirements:

    Ми готові розглянути світчерів із сильним досвідом в Operations або Project Management: для нас твоя здатність будувати процеси, дотримуватися SLA та брати на себе овнершип важливіша за досвід саме в репутаційному маркетингу

    Твоє завдання — вибудувати прозору систему моніторингу, пріоритизації та реагування, працювати з аішками та інструментами SEO/ORM, формувати tone of voice у відповідях та допомагати покращувати сприйняття бренду на всіх точках контакту.

    Це роль для людини, яка любить порядок, процеси, аналіз, одночасно не боїться брати відповідальність і рухатися швидко.

    Доєднатись до команди зараз означає:

    — Стати частиною бізнесу, який масштабуються дуже швидко та працює на перетині fashion, технологій і AI.

    — Впливати на те, як Dressly виглядає в пошуку, відгуках, соцмережах, медіа й AI-видачах — і бачити прямий результат своїх дій.

    — Побудувати системну ORM-функцію: моніторинг, процеси, SLA, репутаційні стандарти та інструменти.

    — Працювати у середовищі, де цінується операційна чіткість, структурність, відповідальність і швидке реагування.

    — Розвиватися в команді, яка рухається швидко, тестує багато нового й створює глобальний продукт із високими стандартами якості.

    В твою зону відповідальності буде входити:

    Моніторинг та аналітика

    • Системно відстежувати згадки про Dressly у всіх digital-каналах: пошукові видачі, Reddit, Quora, Product Hunt, Trustpilot, App Store / Google Play, соцмережі, форуми.
    • Формувати щоденні/тижневі звіти, виділяти патерни та потенційні ризики.
    • Побудувати карту ризиків та репутаційних тригерів.

    Управління відгуками та негативом

    • Вести повний цикл роботи з відгуками: моніторинг → пріоритизація → відповідь → ескалація.
    • Формувати tone of voice для різних ситуацій, включно з кризовими.
    • Створити базу сценаріїв відповідей і стандарти репутаційної комунікації.

    Органіка та присутність у пошукових системах

    • Працювати з AI-пошуком (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude) для покращення контенту про Dressly у видачі.
    • Оптимізувати контент, який генерують аішки: факти, як нас описують, які питання виникають.
    • Створювати та оновлювати репутаційні матеріали (FAQ, статті, Wikis, контент-пул для SERP).

    Процеси та проєктний менеджмент

    • Побудувати структурну операційну систему ORM з чіткими SLA, статусами та відповідальностями.
    • Працювати кросфункціонально з маркетингом, сапортом, продактом, ком'юніті та PR.
    • Ініціювати проєкти, які покращуватимуть наш онлайн-імідж, та доводити їх до результату.

    Ініціативи з покращення бренду

    • Пропонувати теми та формати, що підсилюють нашу присутність в інтернеті.
    • Аналізувати досвід конкурентів у репутаційній комунікації.
    • Запускати мікропроєкти для посилення органіки та позитивного sentiment.

    Що для нас важливо:

    • Має 1+ рік досвіду в ORM / Reputation management / SERM / Community management / Digital communications.
    • Уміє працювати системно: структура, дедлайни, процеси — твоя зона комфорту.
    • Має проєктний менеджмент mindset: prioritization, multitasking, ownership.
    • Швидко розбирається в нових інструментах (включно з AI-інструментами).
    • Проактивна людина, яка не чекає завдання, а шукає, що треба покращити.
    • Пише грамотно, чітко та вміє адаптувати tone of voice під різні ситуації.
    • Аналітична, уважна до деталей, любить порядок та прозорість.

    Буде плюсом:

    • Досвід у tech або продуктових компаніях.
    • Розуміння SEO / SERM інструментів.
    • Досвід роботи з англомовними користувачами.
    • Досвід crisis-comms або роботи зі складними кейсами.
