About the Role

Ecosoft is seeking a Head of IT Project & Transformation to lead the company’s IT portfolio and lead the organisation’s transition to an AI-first operating model.

This is a leadership and transformation-focused role centred around delivery management, team development, stakeholder coordination, and the implementation of AI-driven approaches across business processes. Technical architecture and engineering leadership sit with the Tech Lead - you will work as equal strategic partners.

Areas of Responsibility

You will oversee the coordination and delivery of a diverse technology portfolio, including:

• E-commerce and B2B platforms
• IoT device management platforms
• Embedded systems and firmware solutions
• Customer-facing and service applications
• AI & Analytics initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and execution of the company’s IT project portfolio
• Develop and manage a multidisciplinary team (~18 specialists)
• Establish delivery excellence, operational discipline, and transparent processes
• Own planning, prioritisation, and roadmap governance
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and business priorities
• Drive the implementation of AI-first approaches across operational and delivery workflows
• Manage the AI roadmap from a business and delivery perspective

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a multi-project digital/software portfolio
• Experience leading teams of 15+ professionals
• Practical experience implementing AI-assisted workflows and operational processes
• Strong understanding of modern LLM/AI products and their business applications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Practical experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
• Professional fluency in both Ukrainian and English

Due to the active scaling of our flagship iGaming product, we are looking for an experienced Head of Product who will take ownership of product growth, strategy, and further expansion across LATAM markets.

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming (casino or betting) on Head of Product / Senior Product Manager level
• Strong understanding of player behavior, product economics, and iGaming business models
• Hands-on experience with product analytics, A/B testing, retention mechanics, and UX research
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams within Agile environments
• Strong analytical thinking combined with strategic and business-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to launch and scale features that positively impact core product metrics
• English Upper-Intermediate+ or higher
• Experience with Mexico or LATAM markets will be considered a strong advantage

Your responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business and growth goals
• Own the entire product lifecycle: from discovery and launch to scaling and optimization
• Drive growth of key business metrics such as Retention, LTV, GGR, ARPU, and Churn Rate reduction
• Manage and coordinate product managers, analysts, designers, and development teams
• Improve user experience and conversion across the entire player journey
• Launch and optimize gaming mechanics, bonus systems, loyalty features, and payment flows
• Work closely with marketing, BI, CRM, and tech teams to ensure strong product performance
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and player behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Own product P&L, budget planning, ROI, and monetization efficiency
• Adapt product strategy quickly according to market dynamics and user behavior changes
