🔥 Head of Farm Operations / Hardware & RMT Ops Lead
A stable product company with 10 years of experience in the market is looking for a Head of Farm Operations to take ownership of a large-scale gaming hardware infrastructure.
The company develops software that automates processes in computer games.
🎮 The core product: gaming bots and cloud infrastructure that allow partners to automate operations across large volumes of gaming accounts and manage farms with hundreds and thousands of consoles.
We’re now looking for someone who can take full operational ownership of the hardware farm and make sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and at scale.
🛠 What you’ll be responsible for
— Manage a large fleet of PlayStation / Xbox devices and maintain high uptime
— Organize hardware procurement and work with suppliers
— Control logistics, inventory, and equipment condition
— Organize operators’ work, shifts, and daily processes
— Maximize daily farm output and operational efficiency
— Manage proxies, SIM cards, networking, and related infrastructure
— Identify the root causes of downtime and get the farm back online quickly
— Work closely with the Development / Technical teams to resolve infrastructure issues
— Build and improve operational processes as the farm scales

🎮 RMT / Gaming — RMT Farm Manager, Farmer Lead, Segment Lead
📱 Traffic / Mobile Farms — Farm Team Lead, Mobile Farm Manager, multi-account infrastructure
🖥 Mining / Gaming Infrastructure — Mining Farm Manager, Gaming / VR / Computer Club Operations
📦 Hardware / Electronics — Operations or Procurement specialists experienced with large-scale hardware and suppliers
What matters to us:
• Experience managing a large fleet of physical devices
• Understanding of PlayStation / Xbox or similar hardware
• Experience with procurement and supplier management
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure, NAT, proxies, switches / hubs
• Experience managing operators / farmers
• Strong KPI and productivity management skills
• Experience organizing shifts and operational workflows
• Ability to independently troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues
• Strong ownership mindset — if something stops working, you find out why and get it running again.
