    Employment: Service Agreement (Full-time)
    Department: Executive / Operations
    Reports to: Holding Board / Founders

    From concept to launch, from license to live transactions β€” Skogos is where global fintech gets built, scaled, and delivered across multiple verticals: low-risk,  high-risk, crypto, and other payment industries.

    We’re a global fintech holding focused on creating, launching, and scaling payment solutions worldwide. PSPs, processing platforms, merchant infrastructure β€” we don’t just advise, we build, operate, and optimize businesses from zero.

    We’re entering a new phase: launching our Canadian entity, Skogos, in Toronto. The MSB license is already secured. We’re looking for a CEO with full ownership, including account access and signing authority, to turn structure into a revenue-generating, fully operational business.

    Your Mission

    Lead Skogos Canada from launch to scale β€” turning a licensed entity into a fully functioning, revenue-generating company. Own processes, delivery, partnerships, team, and results. This is hands-on leadership with full strategic authority and operational accountability.

    What You Will Do

    Company Launch & Operations

    • Lead the operational launch of Skogos in Canada (MSB entity already in place)
    • Build internal processes: delivery, onboarding, compliance flows, reporting
    • Coordinate legal, compliance, tech, and banking counterparts
    • Ensure regulatory alignment and operational stability

    Project & Delivery Management

    • Manage delivery of payment solutions across all verticals: low-risk, high-risk, crypto, and emerging markets
    • Oversee timelines, dependencies, risks, and operational execution
    • Act as the main bridge between product, tech, compliance, and commercial teams
    • Guarantee smooth onboarding and long-term merchant performance

    Business & Strategic Execution

    • Drive early commercial strategy, merchant acquisition, and expansion across multiple markets
    • Support partnerships with banks, PSPs, providers, and vendors
    • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
    • Gradually build and manage a local or distributed team

    Leadership & Ownership

    • Take full ownership of outcomes β€” not just tasks
    • Signing authority & account access: contracts, bank accounts, and key operational documents
    • Make strategic decisions: set priorities, allocate resources, and define execution plans
    • Represent Skogos externally with partners, regulators, and at industry events

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    Experience & Background

    • 5+ years in fintech, payments, PSPs, or multiple payment verticals
    • Experience launching or scaling businesses, products, or entities
    • Strong exposure to operations, delivery, or general management
    • Experience working with regulated environments (MSB, EMI, PSP or banks)
    • Canada / North America market experience is a strong advantage

    Hard Skills

    • Deep understanding of payment flows, onboarding, and compliance
    • Strong project & delivery management skills
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, legal, compliance, and sales
    • Structured thinking: processes, timelines, risks, execution
    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and β€œbuild-from-zero” mode

    Soft Skills

    • Ownership mindset β€” you build it, you run it
    • High autonomy and decision-making ability
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management
    • Pragmatic, hands-on, result-driven
      Calm under pressure, allergic to chaos (or at least good at taming it)

    Languages

    • English β€” fluent
    • Ukrainian / Russian β€” fluent

    Why Skogos?

    • Full Ownership: CEO role with signing authority and account access
    • Strategic Impact: Shape the Canadian business from day one
    • Global Exposure: Work in a high-tech, international fintech holding
      Growth Path: Clear evolution into a full-fledged CEO / Managing Director
    • Innovation at Scale: Build and operate the next-generation payment platform

    This is a tactical execution + operational governance role (not a personal assistant role). • Track and control execution of the Managing Director’s priorities across teams, regions, and departments
    • Ensure owners, deadlines, KPIs, and expected outcomes are defined for each initiative
    • Run proactive follow-up: identify bottlenecks, risks, and misalignment early; escalate and drive resolution
    • Ensure decisions are converted into tasks in the system (e.g., Jira) and executed with discipline

    About the Mission

    We are building an AI-driven payments ecosystem designed to transform a $50B industry still dominated by slow, legacy processors. As Head of ISO, your mission is to architect, lead, and scale our merchant acquisition engine. You will set the commercial direction, build high-performing processes, and drive measurable revenue impact - first through hands-on execution, and then by leading automated, scalable systems you help define.

    What You’ll Do

    • Architect and launch the ISO function end-to-end: strategy, operating model, tooling, and execution;
    • Own the full merchant pipeline: prospecting β†’ qualification β†’ underwriting coordination β†’ negotiation β†’ closing β†’ onboarding/activation;
    • Define and refine commercial fundamentals: pricing strategy, merchant segmentation, and offer frameworks aligned with risk and margins;
    • Build scalable operational workflows and enforce portfolio health ratios (chargebacks, fraud, dispute rates), in close coordination with Risk/Compliance and Processing partners;
    • Map and manage banking/acquiring coverage (β€œbank mapping”) and route merchants to the right partners based on vertical, geography, and risk profile;
    • Build and maintain relationships with PSPs, acquirers, and key commercial partners to unlock approvals, improve conversion, and expand capacity;
    • Standardize playbooks, scripts, and governance, ensuring every opportunity is tracked, advanced, and optimized for conversion;
    • Drive process automation with Product & Engineering: convert manual tasks into AI-powered workflows across outreach, qualification, CRM hygiene, and reporting;
    • Recruit, develop, and lead the ISO team, creating a high-performance culture centered on consistency, accountability, and results;
    • Deliver advanced reporting, forecasting, and KPIs to leadership; act as a senior commercial partner shaping revenue strategy and growth targets.

    You’re a Strong Fit If

    • You’ve built or scaled an ISO/merchant services function and know what β€œfrom zero to repeatable engine” looks like;
    • You have strong domain understanding of underwriting, processing economics, risk, and portfolio management;
    • You are equally comfortable leading and executing - entrepreneurial, hands-on, and operationally rigorous;
    • You thrive in fast-changing environments, build structure quickly, and drive predictable outcomes at scale;
    • You operate with urgency, handle high-stakes initiatives, and take full ownership of results.

    Required Skills

    • Extensive experience in ISO / merchant services / payment processing, ideally with proven ISO build/launch exposure;
    • Track record of closing complex merchant deals and managing merchant portfolios with strong risk awareness;
    • Ability to define pricing/segmentation and align commercial execution with underwriting and partner constraints;
    • Strong operational discipline: scalable workflows, CRM governance, forecasting, and KPI-driven management;
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management; leadership maturity and resilience.

    Nice-to-Have

    • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or payment technology environments;
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, outbound engines, or automation workflows;
    • Background in building or managing distributed commercial teams.

    Why This Role Matters

    • Shape the commercial backbone of a fast-moving, high-impact payments ecosystem.
    • Direct access to founders and leadership, with zero bureaucracy and high decision velocity.
    • Full ownership and autonomy: you build the system, the team, and the results from scratch.
    • Competitive compensation with significant performance-based upside.
    • A rare opportunity to lead innovation in one of the most lucrative and underserved segments of fintech.

    The Role This is a foundational leadership role, reporting directly to the CTO. We are looking for a hybrid leader to build and manage our Tenants team, which is responsible for the most critical component of our platform: Identity & Access...

    The Role

    This is a foundational leadership role, reporting directly to the CTO. We are looking for a hybrid leader to build and manage our Tenants team, which is responsible for the most critical component of our platform: Identity & Access Management.

    Our management philosophy is unique. The Manager is the single owner of a business vertical, responsible for the Why (the product vision), the What (the features and roadmap), and the Who (the people management and hiring).

    You will act as both the Product Manager and the Engineering Manager for all user and company identity services. You will be a highly technical leader, but your primary focus will be on product strategy and team execution, not on being the deepest technical expert. You will partner with a dedicated Senior Engineer (who will own the deep howβ€”the technical architecture) to bring your product vision to life.

    Your mission is to define the future of our identity platform, build your team, and lead the technical migration from our legacy codebase to a modern, secure, and MiCA-compliant architecture.

    This is a full-time, remote leadership role.

    What You'll Do

    • Product Ownership (The "Why" & "What"):
      • Define and own the complete product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all identity and access management services.
      • Own the product backlog and prioritize all features related to:
        • User Management: Registration, KYC verification, authentication, 2-factor auth, password reset, session management, and user-level API keys.
        • Company Management: Company creation, KYB verification, member management, and company-level API keys.
        • Notifications: The core service for managing and delivering user notifications.
    • People & Team Leadership (The "Who"):
      • Build Your Team: You will have the mandate to hire and build your team of full-stack engineers.
      • People Management: Lead, mentor, and grow your engineers through 1-on-1s, goal setting, and career development.
      • Define Culture: Establish a world-class engineering culture focused on security, reliability, and precision.
    • Engineering Execution (The "How"):
      • Lead the planning and execution of the strategy for all identity-related systems.
      • In partnership with your Senior Engineer, guide the team in making high-level technical decisions for security and scalability.
      • Ensure your team delivers high-quality, secure, and reliable services using our stack (Node.js, Nest.js, React, PostgreSQL).
      • Collaborate with all other Managers to provide secure, seamless, and reliable identity services that the entire platform depends on.

    What We're Looking For

    • Hybrid Experience: 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in a leadership role (e.g., Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or a technical Product Manager).
    • Domain Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience building and leading teams that manage identity, authentication (e.g., OAuth, JWT), or KYC/KYB systems is a huge advantage.
    • Highly Technical: You must come from a strong engineering background (ideally with Node.js or similar) and be able to lead technical discussions on security, authentication, and database design.
    • Product Mindset: You must have experience with product management fundamentals: creating roadmaps, managing backlogs, and making data-driven priority calls.
    • People Leader: Demonstrable experience hiring, managing, and mentoring engineers.
    • Legacy Systems Experience: You are not afraid of a brownfield project. You have experience planning and executing the migration of a critical legacy system.
    • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate the "Why" to your team and report progress to the CTO.

    What We Offer

    • Foundational Leadership Role: A rare opportunity to build the most critical team (identity and security) from scratch, reporting directly to the CTO.
    • Full Ownership: Complete autonomy over your product vertical (Why, What, Who).
    • Clear Ambition: The chance to join a company with a clear goal of becoming the #1 crypto platform in the EU.
    • Greenfield Culture, Brownfield Code: A rare chance to join a new company culture with no baggage, while solving the interesting technical challenges of a mature product.
