At ArtiGaming, we're building products in the iGaming industry and are now looking for a Head of CRM who wants more than managing existing campaigns.

This role is for someone who enjoys creating systems from scratch, making product decisions, and owning retention as a business function.

You'll become the person responsible for designing and scaling our CRM strategy across multiple brands, building automated customer journeys, and creating an on-site retention engine that directly impacts revenue.

What you'll do

• Build and own the CRM function from the ground up.

• Design lifecycle communications across the entire player journey, from onboarding to reactivation.

• Develop behavioural segmentation based on customer activity, lifecycle stage and player value.

• Build automated CRM flows in Customer.io (or a similar platform), ensuring quality and deliverability.

• Own bonus and retention mechanics together with Product, balancing player engagement with bonus profitability.

• Launch A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns using data.

• Create gamification-driven retention initiatives including missions, loyalty mechanics and promotions.

• Analyze CRM performance, customer cohorts and campaign effectiveness.

• Hire, mentor and grow the CRM team as the function scales.

We're looking for someone who has

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Retention (CRM) to own and scale our entire retention function.

This is a highly strategic yet hands-on leadership role responsible for building a world-class CRM organization across multiple betting brands. You will define the retention strategy, optimize the customer lifecycle, lead CRM operations, and drive measurable improvements across engagement, reactivation, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.

You will work closely with the CEO, Product, Affiliate, Marketing, CRM teams to ensure every customer interaction is personalized, automated, data-driven, and commercially effective.

This role is ideal for someone who has built or significantly scaled CRM and retention functions within an iGaming or Betting business.
 

GOALS FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS

• Conduct a full audit of current marketing operations, team structure, channels, and performance

• Ensure continuity of ongoing marketing initiatives while identifying improvement opportunities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across all acquisition and retention channels

• Lead CRM, Affiliate Marketing, Organic Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Brand Marketing initiatives

• Build, manage, mentor, and scale the marketing team

• Develop marketing processes, reporting structures, and operational frameworks

• Analyze channel performance and allocate budgets based on ROI and business impact

• Identify growth opportunities and launch new acquisition initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming, Betting (CRM/Retention experience will be a plus)
• 3+ years in a leadership position managing multiple marketing functions
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle management and behavioral segmentation.
• Experience managing multi-channel CRM communications (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, In-App).
• Proven experience designing automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of loyalty programs, bonus mechanics, VIP lifecycle, and player engagement strategies.
• Deep understanding of retention KPIs, customer analytics, cohort analysis, and LTV optimization.

About the Mission

We are building an AI-driven payments ecosystem designed to transform a $50B industry still dominated by slow, legacy processors. As Head of ISO, your mission is to architect, lead, and scale our merchant acquisition engine. You will set the commercial direction, build high-performing processes, and drive measurable revenue impact - first through hands-on execution, and then by leading automated, scalable systems you help define.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and launch the ISO function end-to-end: strategy, operating model, tooling, and execution;
• Own the full merchant pipeline: prospecting → qualification → underwriting coordination → negotiation → closing → onboarding/activation;
• Define and refine commercial fundamentals: pricing strategy, merchant segmentation, and offer frameworks aligned with risk and margins;
• Build scalable operational workflows and enforce portfolio health ratios (chargebacks, fraud, dispute rates), in close coordination with Risk/Compliance and Processing partners;

About Role
