About your role: This role is an opportunity to build and scale the entire Partner Growth direction inside a high-load international product where partnerships directly influence acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will own the strategy from the ground up: shaping processes, launching new acquisition initiatives, building relationships with creators and agencies, and creating a strong Partner Growth team around you.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, test new approaches, and scale successful initiatives across international markets. In this role, you will

• Build and lead the Partner Growth function from scratch, including strategy, processes, team structure, and operational workflows
