    What we’re looking for:

    • 5+ years of experience in the Gambling/iGaming industry.
    • 2+ years in senior operational roles (Head of Operations, Head of Casino/Sportsbook/Region, or similar).
    • Proven success in launching products into new markets and delivering on KPIs.
    • In-depth understanding of iGaming structures, including casino, sportsbook, and regional operations.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing, user acquisition, and affiliate program management.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Fluent in English (B2+); other languages are a plus.
