Head of Analytics

We are highly capable, data-driven, and ready for exponential growth - and we are now seeking an experienced Head of Analytics who can transform complex data into actionable business insights and lead our talented team of analysts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large data sets to uncover key trends and growth opportunities.
• Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models using BI tools.
• Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, SQL).
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies.
• Oversee data governance, ensuring maximum data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
• Conduct deep-dive analytical research and deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

• Optimize data storage and processing workflows.

   

🔹 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics (gaming/iGaming).
• Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Proven experience with web analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and a drive to develop further in this area.
• Hands-on experience building predictive models and applying statistical methods.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, business-oriented insights.
• English - B2 level or higher.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian will be an asset for smooth team collaboration.
