Business Development Manager (IT/OT Security)

SOFTPROM is an international Value Added IT Distributor with over 25 years of experience, expanding its IT/OT Security business and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across multiple regions.

Region: Ukraine, CIS countries, Baltics, Central & Eastern Europe
Work format: Fully remote
Contract: With the parent company (Austria)

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales of IT/OT Security solutions, including pre-sales activities
• Achieve sales targets and non-financial KPIs (presentations, POC /pilot projects)
• Work with Enterprise customers and channel partners
• Manage deals with a long and complex sales cycle
• Collaborate with vendors and plan joint business activities

• Build and manage sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting in CRM

   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
• Proven hands-on experience in selling IT Security solutions
• Understanding of core IT Security solution classes
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong skills in complex B2B negotiations
• Confident presentation skills
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ (spoken & written)

Nice to have

• Experience working with Enterprise customers
• International sales experience
• Vendor and/or security certifications (e.g. CEH, CISM, ISO 27001 LA, CISSP)
