    Your mission is to create value for both the company and the clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, and offering them the best solutions. 

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Sales & Deal Management

    • Work with qualified outbound leads generated via:
      • AI SDR,
      • local SDRs (North America),
      • partner, and warm channels.
    • Conduct initial meetings and calls with potential clients.
    • Manage deals from the first contact to contract signing.
    • Lead negotiations and agree on commercial terms.
    • Close B2B IT service deals.
       

    Collaboration

    • Work closely with delivery and technical teams during presales.
    • Align on proposals, scope, and estimates  (technical estimation is handled by delivery teams).
    • Ensure a smooth transition after deal closure.
       

    Client Touchpoints After Closing

    • Support smooth onboarding during the first months after the deal starts.
    • Participate in light account management and upsell conversations when relevant
      (Delivery owns day-to-day project execution).

       

    Requirements

    Must-have

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in IT services.
    • Proven experience closing deals (not only lead generation).
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage own sales pipeline.
    • Fluent English (spoken and written).
    • Readiness to work regularly with North America time zone clients.
       

    Nice-to-have

    • Experience working with AI SDR tools or outbound automation.
    • Experience collaborating closely with delivery and technical teams.
    • Background in IT outsourcing or custom software development.

    Time zone expectations

    • Regular client calls between 5:00–7:00 PM Kyiv time.
    • Occasional later calls may occur.

    • Participate in vertical-specific learning sessions to ensure deep marketplace understanding
    • Attend agency information sessions to understand all USIM/MatrixPoint capabilities and services

     

    Strategic Outreach & Relationship Building (30%)

    • Utilize various tools, platforms, and databases (e.g., LinkedIn, HubSpot, Winmo, ZoomInfo) to gather and maintain lead information
    • Craft highly personalized, research-driven outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) based upon category template/script provided
    • Leverage the network mapping developed (e.g., relevant connections to current employees) 
    • Set meetings and schedule calls for the sales team to further discuss opportunities

     

    Collaboration & Enablement (20%)

    • Maintain detailed records of all interactions, ensuring HubSpot data is up-to-date
    • Conduct weekly reviews and cleanup of HubSpot contacts to ensure accuracy for marketing lists
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine message, target new prospects, and develop strategies for outreach
    • Assist the sales team in preparing for meetings by providing background information and relevant materials
    • Continuously improve approach based on performance metrics and feedback from the sales team
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and maintain our competitive edge
