Let's Corn is the international arm of a Ukrainian digital agency with a team of 50+ people. We’re entering the US market β€” and looking for the person who will build it with us.

 

You’ll be our first person on the ground in the US with a strong product, a solid team, and full ownership. This is a foundational role: you’re not joining a system β€” you’re building one.


From first outreach to closed deal β€” it’s all on you.

We’re looking for someone ambitious, entrepreneurial, and ready to build B2B sales in one of the most competitive markets in the world.

Your performance directly defines your income: base + commission.

 

πŸ”₯ It’s a match if you

β€” Are Ukrainian and currently based in the US
β€” Speak English fluently (C1+) and can confidently pitch, negotiate, and close
β€” Understand the US marketing / agency landscape
β€” Have experience selling digital or agency services ($2,000–$10,000/month deals)
β€” Actively network offline (events, meetups, communities)
β€” Are entrepreneurial: you build your own pipeline, not wait for leads

 

What you’ll do

β€” Build Let's Corn’s presence in the US market from scratch
β€” Generate and close new business: LinkedIn outreach, cold email, networking, events
β€” Attend local and national marketing events (e.g. industry conferences, CMO meetups)
β€” Own the full sales cycle: prospecting β†’ pitch β†’ proposal β†’ close
β€” Acquire the first 10–20 clients in your region
β€” Feed insights back to the team: what US clients need and how we should adapt

 

Must-have:
β€” Based in the US (NYC, LA, Austin, Chicago or similar hubs β€” a plus)
β€” Fluent English (C1+)
β€” 2+ years in B2B sales (agency / SaaS / marketing services)
β€” LinkedIn prospecting & outreach
β€” Experience closing retainer-based deals

 

Nice to have:
β€” Existing network of marketing leaders (CMOs, Heads of Marketing, founders)
β€” Experience working in or with a digital / social media agency
β€” Personal brand or presence (LinkedIn, speaking, events)
