We’re currently supporting our partner — a profitable AdTech company building a platform for real-time advertising trading within the programmatic ecosystem.

 

The company operates globally and is now entering a scaling phase.
The goal is straightforward: grow the partner network and increase revenue through new deals.

 

Why This Role Matters

This is not a “support sales” or “lead generation” role.

  • You’ll be responsible for driving business development end-to-end -  from first contact to signed contract.
  • You’ll work directly with the decision-maker and play a key role in shaping how the company grows.
  • If you’re someone who prefers ownership over structure - this will feel right.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and approach relevant companies within AdTech / Affiliate / programmatic ecosystem.
  • Build and develop long-term B2B partnerships.
  • Present the product and clearly communicate its value.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals.
  • Work with international markets (Europe, US, Israel, etc.).
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in AdTech / Affiliate / AdNetwork (1+ year, ideally more).
  • Understanding of how the digital advertising ecosystem works.
  • Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or deal closing.
  • Strong English (written & spoken).
  • Self-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Motivation to grow financially through performance.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with programmatic advertising (OpenRTB ecosystem).
  • Existing network of industry contacts.
  • Experience working with or attending industry conferences.
