Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Drive IT services sales from initial contact to deal closure
Manage lead generation efforts and develop new client acquisition channels (Upwork and LinkedIn)
Conduct negotiations with clients, including C-level stakeholders
Participate in project estimation together with technical teams
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (upselling)
Prepare commercial proposals and oversee contract execution
Collaborate with delivery teams to align scope, resources, and budgets
Analyze market trends and competitors to support sales strategy
Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking activities

Requirements 
Proven experience in IT services sales and full sales cycle management
Experience working with SDRs and/or marketing teams
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Understanding of the estimation process and basic technical knowledge
Experience in Account Management and long-term client relationship building
Customer Success mindset with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
Experience preparing commercial proposals and managing budgets
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
Understanding of Fixed Price delivery models
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills
Upper-Intermediate+ level of English

Nice to Have
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Familiarity with Lean and Scrum methodologies
