πŸš€ About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (PSP, CIS) who will take ownership of payment provider partnerships across CIS markets.
 

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a stable payment infrastructure, onboarding new PSPs, negotiating commercial terms, and optimizing payment performance to ensure seamless deposit flows.
 

This is a hands-on role with direct impact on payment performance and business revenue. We are looking for someone who can independently drive PSP partnerships, make decisions, and deliver measurable results.
 

πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard PSP providers across CIS markets
  • Lead negotiations on commercial terms (fees, additional %, turnover, limits, SLAs), including contract signing
  • Manage the compliance process in collaboration with internal teams and PSPs
  • Prepare and coordinate all required documentation for PSP integrations
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the payment market, including current PSP providers and their reputation
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing PSP partners
  • Monitor and optimize PSP performance (conversion, approval rate, decline rate)
  • Manage payment routing and traffic distribution across providers
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure stable performance of PSP providers

🧩 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in forex, gambling, crypto or fintech
  • Strong negotiation skills and market analysis ability
  • Understanding of compliance and legal processes in payments
  • Proven experience in sourcing PSP providers (channels, agents, direct contacts) β€” must
  • Experience working with payment routing and understanding of payment flows
  • Regular participation in industry conferences
  • Experience setting up payment processing for brands from scratch
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work with large volumes of data
  • Ukrainian / Russian / English β€” must
