Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow revenue and scale our company. This role is focused on growth through B2B sales, partnerships, and new market opportunities. You will work closely with the Product team and other departments to identify growth opportunities, build effective sales processes, and develop strong partnership channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities
- Map market opportunities and prioritize high-potential segments
- Clarify pain points and needs of target audiences
- Build effective outreach approaches for each segment
2.Drive direct B2B sales
- Shape offers for key segments together with the Product team
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from outreach to close
3. Develop partnerships
- Launch and grow referral and affiliate programs
- Build win-win integrations with complementary product/service providers
- Develop co-marketing, channel, and strategic partnerships
Requirements
- 2+ years of independently managing a full B2B sales or business development cycle
- Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and inbound/outbound communication
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and apply effective sales strategies
- Experience defining target audiences, testing hypotheses, and identifying high-LTV segments
- Understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, and key commercial metrics
- Understanding of the product market fit
- Strong market research and competitor analysis skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to drive deals to closure
- Confident with AI tools, automation, and modern sales/growth stack
- Experience building and developing win-win partnerships
- English B2+
Nice to Have
- Experience with referral or affiliate
- Background in web hosting, infrastructure, SaaS, or adjacent niches

Working Conditions
Format: remote, 5 working days / 2 days off
Schedule: 9:00 -18:00, flexible lunch break of 1 hour between 12:00 and 15:00
Trial period: 2 - 3 months (may be completed early, retroactively)
Contract: FOP - after successful adaptation
