    The Role

    We are looking for a Video Editor who thrives on turning creative ideas into visually captivating stories. This role will focus on producing short-form vertical content — from Reels and TikToks to YouTube Shorts — for campaigns, content creators, and branded projects. If you have a strong sense of pacing, attention to detail, and passion for motion design, this is your chance to shape the visual identity of a fast-growing creative agency.

     

    You Will

    • Create visually engaging content that amplifies brand and creator identity.
    • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and talent teams to bring ideas to life.
    • Contribute to Yanarchy’s growing ecosystem of creative projects.
    • Continuously learn and apply new editing techniques, tools, and trends.

       

    Responsibilities

    • Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) — from raw footage to final delivery.
    • Assemble and enhance footage: cutting, pacing, syncing with sound, applying transitions, color correction, and light sound design.
    • Add motion graphics, captions, text animations, and effects to strengthen storytelling and retention.
    • Ensure platform-specific optimization — correct aspect ratios, subtitles, hooks, and pacing for each platform.
    • Maintain consistent brand identity across all videos — color grading, typography, tone, and editing rhythm.
    • Collaborate with the creative team (producer, director, marketing, and client managers) to deliver edits that match the creative vision.
    • Work with music and sound — select and sync soundtracks, balance levels, and enhance emotional tone.
    • Implement feedback quickly and effectively, maintaining version control and project organization.
    • Stay updated on editing trends and bring fresh creative ideas and styles.
    • Deliver multiple edits under tight deadlines while maintaining top-quality standards.

     

    Requirements

    • Awareness of social-media trends and platform nuances (hooks, retention, subtitles, pacing).
    • Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro — confident editing of short-form vertical content.
    • Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion design and text animation.
    • Strong sense of rhythm and storytelling through editing.
    • Understanding of color correction, sound mixing, and composition.
    • Adaptability to different styles — from cinematic to meme-style editing.
    • Attention to detail and reliability under deadlines.
    • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

     

    Nice to Have

    The Role

    We are looking for a Head of Content Distribution & Growth to launch and scale our organic traffic generation department. In this role, you will create and distribute engaging talent-driven content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, and X/Twitter.

    Your mission will be to build a systematic, independent traffic engine that drives sales, boosts brand and talent visibility, and unlocks new monetization opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of social media trends and audience engagement dynamics.

     

    Requirements

    • 2-3+ years of experience as an Organic Growth Lead, Creative Lead, or Marketing Lead in the creator economy or digital media.
    • Hands-on experience launching and scaling organic traffic through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snap, and Reddit.
    • Experience building and managing creative teams (scriptwriters, editors, producers, designers, SMM).

    The Role

    We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for assigned Talent. Your mission is to support them, keep them informed, turn performance metrics into clear actions, and work closely with Traffic and Sales to grow both traffic and revenue.

    You’ll proactively spot risks (even when they aren’t said out loud), explain the “why” behind priorities, and ensure the right content is produced and provided on time.

    This is a dynamic, people-first role — ideal for someone who thrives on communication, structure, and creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

     

     

    Requirements

    • Communication: Fluent in English (oral/written), strong grasp of US business communication nuances. Comfortable setting expectations and having difficult conversations.
    • Experience: Proven background in Personal Assistance, Client Success, or Talent/Creator Management.
    • Operational Skills: Excellent prioritization, adherence to deadlines, escalation management, structured writing, and proficient note-taking/checklist management.
    • Tools: Experience with ClickUp and Google Workspace. Comfortable reading dashboards and basic analytics.

    You Will

    Talent relationship and wellbeing

    • Be a trusted partner for assigned Talent; run regular check-ins to understand workload, morale, and capacity.
    • Detect early signs of overload or disengagement — even if Talent says “all good.”
    • Create recovery plans (workload adjustments, support, escalation) and track execution.

    Communication and operations

    • Keep Talent informed on company news, experiments, policies, and best practices.
    • Send concise meeting summaries (decisions, owners, deadlines) and track action items in ClickUp.
    • Set response-time expectations (SLAs) and escalate blockers when needed.

    Collaboration with internal departments

    • Monitor performance with the Traffic team and convert insights into actionable content requests.
    • Align with Sales to ensure Talent has all required content for activations.

    Content activation

    • Plan, brief, and schedule content requests aligned with traffic and sales goals.
    • Make briefs crystal clear: goal, angle, format, length, deadline, and quality standards.
    • Track delivery to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

    Issue and conflict resolution

    • Spot misalignments early and balance growth goals with Talent wellbeing.
    • Present data-backed solutions, facilitate decisions, and define fallback plans.
