As an in-house Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind hiring the best cable technicians on the US market for our growing team of over 300 contractors. No prior experience necessary; however, a strong willingness to learn and grow in field is essential.

     

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement effective recruitment strategies to source and screen candidates to identify the best fit for our open positions.
    • Use multipule channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    • Schedule and conduct online interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
    • Effectively communicate with candidates, negotiate offers and assist with completing paperwork for new hires.
    • Manage our CRM system, maintain accurate and up to date records, generate reports for Recruitment Team Lead to ensure efficient tracking and monitoring of the recruitment process.
    • Collaborate with the Recruitment Team Lead to understand the company’s hiring needs and ensure the successful placement of candidates.
    • Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate’s experience.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
    • Ability to conduct 20+ cold calls per day to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone), Monday to Friday.

    Skills:

    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes and tools.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, talent sourcing, or recruitment coordination in a fast-paced environment (software, quant, fintech, Big Tech, finance, trading, or similar).
    • Experience sourcing/recruiting in the US market.
    • Proven ability to manage interview scheduling and coordination with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
