We are looking for a technical recruiter to join our team at HRAVITY — a recruitment agency focused on hiring IT experts for high value clients in software / cloud domains. This role is focused on driving sourcing and recruitment efforts as part of a small agile team, in order to provide an exceptional service to our customers, as well as a positive experience for our candidates.

The ideal candidate background: a technical education, some initial IT / tech experience, and a strong curiosity, eagerness to grow professionally in IT recruitment. • Develop sourcing strategies that consistently attract high-quality candidates
• Continuously iterate on your techniques, adopting innovative and automated approaches while staying up to date with IT trends and new tools
• Give candidates a great experience: guide them through the process and respond promptly

• Keep your work organized in our Notion databases and other recruitment tools — logging candidate communications and tracking progress

• Proficient written and spoken English (at least Intermediate / B1+)
• Technical / CS education (or extensive IT / technical courses to compensate) — must-have basic understanding of software development (domains, roles, technical terminology)

• Identify and approach high-potential tech candidates for clients on both local and international markets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, Boolean search, and other channels.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations to assess candidate fit.
• Keep our ATS and candidate database up to date; track status and hand off qualified profiles to recruiters.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategies.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Sourcing creativity: proficiency in diverse sourcing methods and tools to find and engage candidates

In this role, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews for IT positions across Ukraine and Poland. ▪ 6+ months of experience in recruitment/sourcing or completed recruitment courses

▪ Support the full-cycle recruitment process for Entry-Level, Junior, Middle and Senior positions

▪ Managing at least 1-2 closed vacancies per month 

▪ Source candidates using various platforms and tools

▪ Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews

▪ Prepare interview feedback and maintain candidate records in the ATS

▪ Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

▪ Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to understand hiring needs

▪ Maintain and expand the candidate database and talent pipeline

▪ Assist with market research and salary benchmarking for the IT industry

▪ Support onboarding activities for new hires

▪ Participate in internal HR projects, and corporate events

▪ Support the successful closure of the team's vacancies and contribute to recruitment targets.
