Recruitment Researcher

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant / Sourcer who will be responsible for sourcing candidates across open positions and supporting recruiters throughout the search process.

This role offers a clear growth opportunity into a Sourcing Team Lead position. We are looking for a proactive specialist with leadership potential who can eventually build, train, and manage a team of sourcers, establish effective sourcing processes, and take ownership of the team's performance.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for all open positions;
• Search for specialists through LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, and other relevant channels;
• Use AI tools for candidate sourcing, research, and identification of relevant profiles;
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates;
• Review CVs and assess candidates against job requirements;
• Support recruiters with sourcing and initial candidate communication;
• Work on vacancies across FinTech, Crypto, iGaming/Gambling, and Marketing;
• Gradually take ownership of sourcing strategies, optimize search processes, and improve sourcing efficiency;

• Grow into a Sourcing Team Lead role, taking responsibility for onboarding, training, mentoring, and managing a team of sourcers.

   

Requirements

• 2+ year of hands-on experience in sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on candidate search;
• Practical experience with different sourcing channels and tools;
• Experience using AI tools for sourcing and candidate research;
• Strong autonomy, initiative, and ability to make decisions independently;
• High level of responsibility for results and assigned tasks;
• Structured approach and ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates;
• Leadership potential and willingness to develop, train, and mentor other sourcers;
• Ability to improve sourcing processes and share best practices;
• Willingness to work with FinTech, Crypto, iGaming/Gambling, and Marketing projects.

Important: We consider candidates with practical Recruitment / Sourcing experience. Candidates with experience exclusively in HR / HR Generalist / HRBP roles without hands-on sourcing experience are not a fit for this position.
