​About the role

​We are looking for a person who can combine recruitment (around 70%) and HR operations (around 30%).

​In this role, you will own the hiring process from start to finish for both our internal roles and clients’ hiring requests. You will also support internal HR operations and help make our people processes more stable, clear, and well-organized.

​Main responsibilities

• ​Recruitment
  • Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer or rejection
  • Gather hiring requirements and turn them into clear job descriptions
  • Estimate hiring timelines and expected recruiting effort
  • Design sourcing strategy for each role
  • Build and manage recruitment pipelines and hiring stages
  • Source candidates through passive and active channels
  • Post vacancies on job platforms
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Perform HR screening interviews
  • Coordinate technical screening together with internal experts
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Schedule interviews and calendar events

​Requirements

• ​Experience and tools
  •  MUST HAVE  
    • Experience in recruitment across different types of roles
    • Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Djinni, DOU, and similar tools
    • Experience with any ATS or recruitment system
    • Confidence using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools in daily work
  • OPTIONAL 
    • Experience with Claude Code is a plus
    • Experience with sourcing tools such as ContactOut, Apollo.io, or similar contact-finding tools
    • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email outreach is a plus
    • Experience with paid LinkedIn features is a plus

What do you need to join us:

• 1+ years in recruiting: full-cycle recruitment experience (or Talent Researcher ready to transition to full-cycle)
• Diverse hiring track record: successfully closed both technical and non-technical positions at various levels
• Data fluency: experience with data-driven approaches and solid understanding of recruitment metrics
• Sourcing creativity: proficiency in diverse sourcing methods and tools to find and engage candidates
• Strong communication: clear, proactive, and empathetic in all interactions
• Growth mindset: embrace challenges as learning opportunities and tackle complexity with curiosity
