Role Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for the company. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience. 

The Senior Talent Acquisition specialist collaborates closely with hiring managers and department directors to understand staffing needs, ensuring timely searches and successful position closures. This role also includes implementing effective recruiting strategies, providing insights through recruitment metrics analysis, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the pipeline of top-tier candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of projects, customers and their hiring needs
• Translate customer and project requirements into clear, effective hiring and staffing strategies
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to align hiring priorities with business goals.
• Act as a strategic advisor on hiring approach, talent availability, and staffing risks
• Ensure hiring decisions support long-term team composition, culture fit, and Hiring manager expectation.
• Driving communication with the Hiring manager and being their point of contact on talent related questions.
• Develop and implement relevant and innovative TA strategies (sourcing, screening, selection and attracting top IT talents, with a focus on pipeline development for key positions)
• Driving full-cycle recruitment process for IT positions with different seniority and complexity, ensuring best possible candidate experience and results for the business
• Sourcing candidates from different channels (direct research, networking, internal databases, employee referrals, social media etc.) 
• Providing great recruitment performance (in-time vacancies closure, internal customers' satisfaction with recruitment services)
• Regular reporting to Hiring Manager, Director of Talent Acquisition and other executives (leverage and maintain data, reports and performance metrics to drive increased productivity and insights) 
• Participate in optimization of recruitment processes; development of innovative tools for team effectiveness

Qualifications & Skills:

• Full-cycle IT-recruitment experience - at least 5 years
• Deep understanding of technologies in the IT Industry, especially Data, local and global IT market awareness
• Proven experience of running end to end recruitment processes for various seniority IT positions;  
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading a team of Talent Acquisition specialists who will support and manage hiring for your project vacancies.
• Good knowledge of different recruitment practices, process and tools, ability to navigate through any communication gaps or barriers including using of innovative methods for attracting candidates
• Ability to keep in touch with hiring manager on daily basis via email, reporting; providing relevant information on recruitment process in different convenient ways
• Ability to work with Job Descriptions (understand, clarify, propose to make changes, when needed)
• Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, curious, team player and management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communication and networking skills
• Desire to grow professionally and learn new things and best practices

• Strong Background at IT companies (outsourcing/outstaffing)

• Run full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles (Art, Frontend, Backend, QA, Game Design, Product, Ops);
• Build and maintain strong sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn, X-Ray, Telegram channels, job boards;
• Screen candidates, conduct HR interviews, manage feedback loops, and move candidates through the funnel;
• Maintain structured reporting on hiring progress and pipelines;
• Collaborate with marketing for job ads and employer branding (optional);
• External Branding: Helping us look as cool on the outside as we are on the inside (content, job boards, community presence);
• Support onboarding from the recruitment side (pre-boarding steps, access request coordination).

You are:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (iGaming experience is required)
• Experienced in hiring for roles in the gambling / online entertainment niche (SMM, Affiliate, Media Buyers, etc.)
• Familiar with sourcing tools: X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn
• English: Intermediate or higher
• Equipped with your own Telegram channels and LinkedIn groups for finding candidates in digital / gaming roles
• Skilled in using tools to automate sourcing and recruitment tasks and building candidate pipelines
• Confident in guiding candidates to the offer stage

We are looking for a Team Lead Recruiter who can not only close roles, but also build a structured, scalable, and predictable hiring system.

 Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruitment team (recruiters / sourcers): task setting, prioritization, quality and deadline control
• Own full-cycle recruitment across key iGaming functions (Marketing, Affiliate, Product, Tech, Operations, Payments, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers and top management on hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Ensure strong role intake, accurate calibration, and end-to-end hiring support up to onboarding
• Track and improve recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, funnel efficiency, offer acceptance, quality of hire)
• Optimize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and candidate experience
• Work with ATS (PeopleForce), analytics, and reporting
• Contribute to employer branding (LinkedIn, Telegram, market communication)

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, including a Team Lead / Recruitment Lead / Senior Recruiter role
• Proven hiring experience in iGaming / Gambling / Digital or IT product companies
• Ability to manage complex and high-volume hiring simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of the iGaming talent market
• Data-driven mindset (metrics, funnels, analytics)
• Strong communication skills and business partnership approach
• English level B1+ (used daily)
