Our team is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. This time, we are actively seeking an IT Recruiter (from Lviv only)

You are our ideal candidate if:
→ You have 2+ years of commercial experience;
→ Have excellent communication skills (presenting your work and defending your decisions, being transparent);
→ English — Upper-Intermediate level (preferred)

Would be nice to have :

- Experience in HR

- Degree in psychology or corresponding areas

Responsibilities :

- Process current open vacancies/jobs inside company

- Perform an active search on all possible recourses (Linkedin, Djinni, etc.)

- Perform preliminary interviews and filters candidates

- Onboarding/offboarding, 1:1
