Technical Recruiter (US/LATAM/Europe)

iDelsoft is a US-based software consulting and staffing company headquartered in Tampa Bay. We help high-growth startups to scale with elite engineering talent.

Some senior roles we're hiring for: Founding Engineer, AI Engineer, Product Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Backend Engineer.
 

What You'll Do

• Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer
• Source and screen technical talent across the US, LATAM, Europe.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records
• Source through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and outreach tools
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate follow-ups
• Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the process
   

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting or staffing
• Experience recruiting software engineers and other technical roles
• Experience hiring across the US and LATAM markets
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools
• Strong organization, research, and communication skills
• Fluent English (C1/C2)
• Availability to work until at least 2 PM EST / 8 PM CET
• Staffing agency experience is a plus
