IT Recruiter

Dataforest is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. You will be working on diverse technical positions, helping us grow our development teams and strengthen our talent base.
 

     You'll be a great fit if you have:

• 1.5+ years of experience as an IT recruiter.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and closing technical and non-technical roles in an IT company or agency.
• Strong sourcing skills: find and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, GitHub, Telegram, and other professional channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to ask the right questions, set clear expectations, and build strong partnerships with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and maintain accurate ATS records.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
   

     Will be a plus:

• Experience in hiring Data Engineers or Data Scientists.
• Established candidate network in data-related fields.
   

     What you’ll do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: kick-off meetings, market research, job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, feedback, and closing offers.
• Actively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional communities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders/hiring managers to clarify requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate statuses, interview notes, and scorecards in Hurma / ATS and internal tracking sheets.
• Track recruitment metrics to analyze efficiency and improve processes.
