Recruitment Specialist / Sourcer

We are looking for a Recruitment Assistant / Sourcer who will be responsible for sourcing candidates across open positions and supporting recruiters throughout the search process. Over time, the role will expand to independently managing vacancies from sourcing to hire.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for all open positions;
• Search for specialists through LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram and other relevant channels;
• Use AI tools for candidate sourcing, research and identification of relevant profiles;
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates;
• Review CVs and assess candidates against job requirements;
• Support recruiters with sourcing and initial candidate communication;
• Work on vacancies across FinTech, Crypto, iGaming/Gambling and Marketing;
• Gradually take ownership of vacancies and independently manage the full recruitment process.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruitment;
• Hands-on experience with candidate search and different sourcing channels;
• Experience using AI tools for sourcing and candidate research;
• Strong autonomy and ability to make decisions independently;
• High level of responsibility for results and assigned tasks;
• Structured approach and ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates;

• Willingness to work with FinTech, Crypto, iGaming/Gambling and Marketing projects.
