Recruitment Partner

We are looking for a client-facing recruiter who will take ownership of the communication between our recruitment team and our clients throughout the hiring process.

This role is a good fit for an experienced recruiter who has worked closely with hiring managers, understands how to properly intake a vacancy, challenge or clarify requirements, present candidates, collect feedback, and keep the recruitment process moving.

You do not necessarily need to come from a traditional Account Management background. We are primarily looking for someone with strong recruitment experience and significant exposure to clients or internal hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on active vacancies.
  • Conduct vacancy intake and briefing calls with hiring managers.
  • Understand the business context behind each hire, not just the formal job description.
  • Clarify role requirements, seniority, must-have and nice-to-have criteria, compensation, location, and other hiring constraints.
  • Translate client requirements into clear instructions and priorities for the sourcing/recruitment team.
  • Review and present relevant candidates to clients.
  • Provide clear context and recommendations when introducing candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collect and structure client feedback after interviews.
  • Follow up with clients to keep the hiring process moving and avoid unnecessary delays.
  • Discuss candidate concerns, compensation expectations, availability, relocation, motivation, and other relevant topics with the client.
  • Help identify misalignment between the market, candidate pipeline, and client expectations.
  • Suggest adjustments to the search strategy when necessary.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with hiring managers and other client stakeholders.
  • Keep internal recruiters updated on client feedback, changing requirements, and hiring priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with hiring managers or external clients.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Ability to run vacancy intake calls independently.
  • Confidence in asking clarifying questions and challenging unclear or unrealistic requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to present candidates clearly and explain why they may be relevant for a role.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Fluent or strong professional English.

What Success Looks Like

You become the person who fully understands both sides of the hiring process: what the client actually needs and what is happening in the candidate market.

Clients trust you to understand their requirements, present relevant candidates, organize the process, and give them honest market feedback.

At the same time, recruiters internally have a clear understanding of what they should search for, why candidates are accepted or rejected, and how the vacancy is evolving.
