What We Are Looking For

Required:

• 2–4 years of marketing experience at a B2B product company or B2B SaaS
• Experience with products or services that have a complex, long sales cycle
• Strong writing skills in Ukrainian: case studies, emails, articles
• Understanding of B2B lead generation tools and approaches

Your Role:

• Analyze and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and Reddit Ads.
• Launching and running A/B tests, validate hypotheses and improve performance metrics step by step.
• Collaborate closely with creative and design teams: contribute to creative briefs, share performance insights, and learn how to connect data with creative strategy.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, new angles, and growth opportunities.
• Help monitor campaign budgets and performance metrics, ensuring campaigns stay aligned with team goals and KPIs.
   

About You:

• 6+ months of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition.
• Basic hands-on experience with at least one paid channel (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit Ads).
• Solid understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and curiosity to dive deeper into analytics.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to develop unique strategies to attract and keep users.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher for seamless collaboration with international teams and partners.

• Досвід на посаді управління РРС командою від 1 року

Основні задачі:

• Розвиток продукту та послуг відділу РРС, впровадження актуальних інструментів маркетингу
• Участь у проєктах компанії, впровадження та оптимізація процесів компанії, відділу та на стику з іншими відділами
• Підвищення якості роботи команди та відділу
• Участь у комунікації з клієнтами, координація роботи проєктних команд, забезпечення наявності та виконання стратегій проєкту в розрізі каналу
• Управління командою (навчання та розвиток, мотивація, регулярний зворотній зв’язок співробітникам у форматі командних та індивідуальних зустрічей, постановка завдань, оцінка результативності команди, найм нових спеціалістів, контроль робочих процесів та навантаження)
• Керування операційною ефективністю команди, моніторинг рентабельності проєктів, планування роботи команди
• Контроль процесу виконання поставлених планів у розрізі місяця/квартала
• Участь у підготовці та захисті комерційних пропозицій для продажу нових та утримання існуючих проєктів
