This is a performance-driven role focused on high-volume outbound calling, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up to ensure scheduled demos occur.


Trial / Screening Period (2 Weeks) :

-Commission-only during trial
-$30 per valid demo that occurs
-Must achieve 14 completed demos within the trial period to pass

What you’ll work with:

• Managing and scaling paid acquisition channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) alongside SEO-driven growth.
• Building and optimizing marketing funnels from scratch: from traffic to conversion.
• Developing creatives and offers: messaging, value propositions, and hypothesis-driven testing.
• Improving landing pages and website CRO: structure, copy, CTAs, UX, and user journeys.
• Running A/B tests end-to-end: launch → analyze → document insights → scale winning experiments.
• Working with analytics and unit economics: CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV.
• Conducting competitive research: funnels, creatives, positioning, and go-to-market approaches.

• Collaborating closely with Product and Dev teams on website improvements, experiments, and growth initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or growth roles.

Their team is looking for a specialist who writes and speaks English at a native (or fluent) level. Attention to detail and analytical skills are crucial, as you’ll be analyzing website performance data to identify trends and opportunities. Experience in digital marketing, particularly SEO, paid ads, backlinks, and website optimization, is important.

Main Responsibilities

– Work closely with the team to analyze clients’ performance metrics and refine overall digital marketing strategies
– Conduct keyword research and keyword gap analysis to find the best queries for content optimization and development
– Learn the clients’ product features thoroughly to ensure effective marketing

You will work closely with the CEO and sales team to design, test, and scale outbound and automated marketing initiatives that directly impact revenue growth. • Conduct market research and prospecting using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
• Launch and manage outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn outreach, invitation messaging)
• Develop and refine cold outreach techniques to improve response and conversion rates
• Run A/B tests to validate messaging, campaign formats, and funnel improvements
• Monitor and optimize the MQL - SQL lead funnel to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Analyze campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and identify optimization opportunities
• Ensure proper CRM tracking, data hygiene, and reporting
• Continuously test new growth ideas and validate what works and what doesn’t

Requirements

• 1- 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation
