Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employees onboarding in compliance with employment laws and regulations in each country where the company operates (primarily Europe and the USA)
- Prepare, review, and maintain HR documentation: employment contracts, amendments, executive orders, and other required paperwork etc.
- Collaborate with the Legal and HR teams to ensure alignment of onboarding process in each country we operate with our internal policies and external regulations
- Constantly monitor changes in international employment
- Provide HR advisory support for employees and managers regarding employment related matters
- Participate in internal audits, compliance checks, and preparation for external audits
- Manage employees' vacations requests, sick and other leaves
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international HR administration
- Knowledge of Ukrainian employment law and basic understanding of international employment standards (especially EU and US)
- Familiarity with HR documentation procedures and regulatory frameworks governing employment in foreign markets
- Experience working with international government institutions and HR outsourcing providers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level
- Experience working in multinational companies
